You know what I like the most about this office? The friendly and helpful atmosphere. I have been purchasing my renter’s, auto and life insurance from this office for the last twenty years. I have never had a bad experience and they are always more willing to make sure that I am receiving the very best offers for my needs. I was informed by Kym that they also offer a substantial percentage discount off all of your insurances if you purchase multiple kinds at any time once your account is active. I have had two car accidents and both times did not have to come out of pocket for even a dime. State Farm’s customer service and their auto claims department makes it easy to solve your most nightmarish problems. Last time, I was hit by a lady who thought she could sue me for her car being damaged even though she was the one that ran the red light. Thankfully, no one was hurt and she wasn’t able to make the situation any worse thanks to Steve. When you enter Steve’s office, you will realize looking at all of his plaques and awards that he has been a top agent with State Farm for the last 30 years. To me that is impressive and I can see why.

Im sorry this is the worst insurance agent office. So sometime in December i call them and tell them i wanna add a New Car to my Policy and i spoke to Patty (i dont know her last name) amd i ask her to put my name as the account holder and i was going to pay with my aunts car b cuz she takes care of money. ANY WHO so she e-​mails me the printable temp card b cuz i was at work when i called and it when i look at the card it has my aunts name so i the office again and talk to Patty once again and i told her the problem and she said she would take care of it. And so i i get a call from my finance company telling me that the car in not insured under my name that 1. i need to take the car back or 2. show proof that i do. So at this point im super pissed!!! me thinking patty took care of it and she didnt. So i try to call them and i set sent to the 24 hrs state farm call center help so after being on the phone for almost 3 hours i get no help so i had to take my car back !!!
