Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

I’ve been here a few times. The people that work there are very friendly and helpful. I am always able to get what I need and sometimes they apply a discount.

Came in on July 3. Am. Stood alone in the store and was ignored by the one staff for 20 min. I waited patiently but the impulse of running to Home Depot was becoming overwhelming. Finally another staff comes in but offered minimal but a non enthusiastic attitude. I just pick up the tester and ran to Home Depot. Not even the. 30% discount can get me back to be invisible in that store again

I’ve been coming here over a year. I’m consistently impressed by the quality of service, friendliness of the staff, and the quality of product. I’ve painted both the interior and exterior of my home with Sherwin Williams and I’m quite satisfied. We’ve used their best line of paint. Also, look out for the occasional 40% off sales.

We just bought a new home with an all almond interior. We wanted bright bright white. I went to the Sherwin Williams location on Crenshaw in Torrance. About 7 guys were working and not a single one said hello or offered to help. I had to wait for them to finish their conversation before I could ask a question. Awesome.
My husband daughter and I went in on a Sunday to this location to get paint and primer for the interior. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Jose who walked us through everything. He was incredibly knowledgeable and so so helpful! He hooked us up big time! With his help and expertise we bought everything we needed to get started and have made many return trips since. It’s awesome to support a store with employees that are passionate about what they do (or come off like they are). Jose is an amazing sales person!
This summer we are planning on painting our flesh colored house white so we will probably be living at this store.
Next step contacting corporate to tell them to give Jose a promotion.

Helpful staff. I purchased a couple gallon of paint a year ago, but could not remember the colors. I contacted the store, I provided the staff with my account number and he was able to pull up my previous order.
The staff was great. He told me about a $ 10 off promotion with a $ 50 purchase. Score! And he even helped me carry my purchased items to my car.
I will definitely be back for my future projects.

Waited forever for the store to open — I just went to the store on Willow instead. This is a good brand of paint for exterior work, and it’s expensive. If you’re going to charge more for paint, your store should at least be competently staffed.
