I’ve been to this business before, and remember the cheerful, helpful attitude of the staff. So I dropped in when I needed a vacuum and was willing to buy a used one. Bought a factory refurbished model that comes complete with a 6 month warranty. It’s $ 100 less than a new one and I got to test it right in the store. Score! Also glad I could patronize a good local business rather than an online or big box corporation, and my carpet was clean right away. Thank you Zane and the other guys who served me.

Every time I’m walking in those people smile, 2 – 3 people try to help me get what I need fast as I need. I love to go there.

I’ve been working with these guys for years. They are great to work with. the only reason I didn’t give the 5 stars is because my personal believe is that WE as individuals can always do just a little bit better. Other than that… I highly recommend Sani-​Tec. Abdul and Fahzal (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) are very good at what they do. You can’t go wrong with them.

This place is great! I found it through Unilocal.And I’m so glad I did! My poor Dyson vacuum gets a workout week after week as I vacuum up after two long haired Shelties. After about 3 ½ years, it just wasn’t working as well as it once had. I took it to Sani-​Tec and they fixed a few things on it and gave it a full service. Now my Dyson is as good as new! The people at Sani-​Tec are honest, friendly, and helpful. I even ended up getting great advice on some products to clean my rugs and clear my drains. This will be my «go to» place from now on!

OMG! This place rocks! We had a minor plumbing issue a few days ago and I needed a specific cleaner to help clean up the mess. I stopped into Sani-​Tec and they were supper helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly!!! They had tons of cleaning supplies and tools too! Glad I left this review, because after reading the other reviews I now know they have vacuum repair services and you can rent carpet cleaners from them!!! Who knew!

Getting ready to pass health inspection on my very own restaurant! These guys were super helpful in getting me the PROPER soap dispenses with the foaming soap so that I am ready this week. The staff here is SUPER FRIENDLY and SUPER HELPFUL.
And the prices are reasonable!

My sister bought me a Eureka vacuum cleaner as a gift a few months ago; she bought it with a $ 40 dollars off coupon. The brush motor on it stopped working within a few months; I was left without a vacuum cleaner for awhile and had a variety of problems at my apt due to this. I decided to call Eureka to see if I can get it repaired locally, Sani Tec Janitorial Supply was one of the liscensed repair shops so I decided to bring it over there for them to take a look.
They explained to me that it was pretty much a dead vacuum cleaner and it was probably worth it to buy another one instead of buying parts for the repair. The staff was very knowledgeable and I was confident in their diagnosis of the Eureka. I thought about going to Walmart or something to buy a new one, but the staff their reccomended that I take a look at their refurbished vacuum cleaners. I ended up getting a pretty heavy duty looking Hoover that they refurbished. It was priced at $ 40; the cheap price for these are $ 120 on Amazon. It was a good deal, I was even more satisfied when I used it for the first time (cuts cleaning time in half).
If you are looking for a vacuum cleaner for a great price; I highly reccoment checking out Sani Tec before before going to dept stores.

I have a carpet cleaning business and I was referred to Sani-​tec by a carpet cleaning manufacturer, I’ve driven down anaheim just about everyday and never realized it existed, so the other day I had some tough grease stains to remove from an expensive wool carpet and had to go to sani-​tec for help.
I was hesitant to even attempt to remove the stains because I didn’t want to be responsible for damaging the carpet as wool can damage very easily. Zane told me right away what to do and what product to use. The stain came right out and the customers were extremely happy.
Great guys, very knowledgeable and helpful. Zane has a great attitude and knows his stuff better than anyone else I’ve come across. Would recommend using sani-​tec if you are a carpet cleaner or house cleaner.

Fazel is the man, and always has what I’m looking for!

Eight years ago I utilized Sani-​Tecs services for a warranty issue on a defective vacuum I purchased from BB & Beyond. And, I was very pleased with the results.
So, I was hosting a little MPE last Sunday with some Unilocaler friends and all was OCD Michael P. clean except the carpets needed some I love my Carpet sprinkled on them along with a good vacuuming.
Dirt Devil-​plug-​in-​snap! Yeuop you guessed it the belt broke and I was stranded (Lucky for me I was able to borrow my neighbors Cadillac of vacuums-​The Oreck).
Now know this my fellow Unilocalers, as I removed the pieces from under the vacuum to get to the belt I remembered that unless I am able to open the cereal box and pour it into the bowl-​FORGET IT!
I wasn’t even able to put models together as a kid as I watched my dad, 2 brothers and the other neighborhood kids assemble Rat Fink Models etc. Also, the mere fact that I was able to successfully assemble my computer chair last year was definitely divine intervention.
Decorate a room, make you over for a new look or pick out a wedding gift-​YES-​Put a belt on a vacuum cleaner-​NEGATIVE!
With age comes knowledge and memories of past struggles with projects such a this brought me to Sani-​Tec. Now, Abdul didn’t remember me but I remembered him and explained my plight.
So, he directed me over to the service area where Domingo began to tell me the belt was close to $ 2 but if he had to install it it would be a $ 7 charge (which option do you think I went with?) If you guessed the smart one which entails paying extra to have the belt installed to avoid throwing nails into a spinning fan because of the aggravation I was going to encounter, you are correct!
Abdul (the owner) is a great guy, nice and cordial with a dry sense of humor but a good soul. Domingo one of his specialists is not only talented beyond belief but, we had a very nice conversation in regards to how important faith and tolerance are and, is one of the nicest people in this arena I have ever come across.

I’ve been shopping at Sanitec for around ten years for carpet cleaning supplies and they are great. I have a truck-​mounted system so i need a wide array of chemicals, repairs. etc. Even though they lean towards janitorial supplies and portable cc equipment, their customer service, good prices and knowlegable employees make Sanitec a great place to get supplies and have repairs done. I highly recommend them!

Of course you don’t
Stop by Sani-​Tec. Rent a real machine for about the same price. Ladies and Gentlemen, this is the one. The «BIG BOY.» The one the pros use but, for a fraction of the cost, and fun to use! Dual pumps and some even heat the water to a million degrees. WOW!
They sell everything you need to get the job done right!
The best part is, it’s really inexpensive to do it like a pro. While your there, take a stroll down all the aisles. You will probably leave with all types of cleaning gear like I do every time I’m there.
