No stars at all! I order a living room set on a Friday to be delivered the next wens. They show up over an hour late. Then to top it off it was the wrong color and missing pieces. The soonest I could have the right stuff was the following Friday at 8am. I called at 8:00, 10:00, 12 noon 1:00, 2:00 and 3:30 only to be given the run around. Then I had to cancel my weekend trip to vegas to sit and wait for furniture that never came. Needless to say I went to get my money back!!!
