Rent LBC

I would give them no stars if I could. This place is awful. I rented from them and upon my first night at the place I leased on Daisy, there were roaches EVERYWHERE. There were no screens on the windows, even though it was promised. The downstairs neighbors were yelling and screaming. It was insane. Once I told them I wanted to break the lease because the place was uninhabitable, they basically snagged 400 $ off my security deposit saying the prorated the days I held it (6) and they basically took 14 days. Double how long I held it. Awful property and the owner is too good to even speak to you. I’ll give the one star to WARREN. Nice guy, helped me carry my stuff to my car when I had been bawling my eyes out for days. He’s one of the property managers. Thank you Warren. I didn’t forget you!
