My wife and I financed our initial mortgage through Verdell Jones at PrimeLending. In 2013, the rates started to go lower and we contacted Verdell again to discuss refinancing. Everything was seamless, and he even had the lowest rate we could find. Even the appraisal was higher than we expected, which allowed us to have a larger lender’s credit than we expected. Closing went smoothly and there were no issues. We have recommended them to our family and friends who report back their refinance loans have been great as well.
