If I can rate this place zero star I would. Those kids working there today, 4 March, 2016 around 1:10 pm, were rude and disrespectful and joked around taking their sweet time when we went to pick up the pizza. We ordered over an hour ahead of time and still took them over 5 mins making us wait there. We wanted to talk to a manager and he said he was the manager and his name was Jesse. Shittiest place.

Just got delivered the world’s crappiest pizza ever! Not even my boyfriend, who will eat pizza left out all night long, couldn’t stomach it. The food was not warm to the touch at all. The pizza and breadsticks were dry and hard to chew even with marinara. I almost couldn’t believe that a pizza place 5 minutes away from my house could deliver a pizza this cold. I wanted to call and complain right away, but I’m seriously so upset, I’m afraid I’ll cuss out the manager. I doubt I will ever order from here again.

First of all, the cashier(brown haired girl) was really rude and looked annoyed before getting my order. I got a pepperoni pizza. I should’ve checked it at the Pizza Hut place. When I got home and checked it. The pizza barely had any cheese on it. It was pretty much just bread and tomato sauce. If I could, I would’ve gave this Pizza Hut a negative rating.

Unilocal really needs a a negative star rating, because this establishment would be at the top of that list. Last week, we ordered wings and cheese sticks. Service was slow but that’s to be expected on a Friday. The wings were great, the cheese stick on the other hand were a disgrace to the name. the cheese sticks were so burnt they actually resembled Burnt breadsticks the cheese was almost non existent. Burnt and dry, yeah that’s how everyone loves a CHEESE stick. Reluctantly, we ordered in again tonight. This time just wings(wasn’t in the mood for Burnt bread). Order came in a timely matter, but the wings were so dry you could barely tell they were suppose to have sauce. So, I decide to call the manager just as a heads up about the food they’ve been delivering. I ask for the manager and the gentleman answering the phone says” why, is it a complaint” I respond yes, and he places me on hold. He returns(shorty after) and says«just tell me your complaint and I’ll tell the manager. «I was upset, but I told him the situation, which was frustrating because he kept asking me to repeat myself as if he wasn’t really listening. He then places me on hold. I then hung up making the decision to write a Unilocal review since the manager didn’t feel the need to come to the phone. I figure, if the manger isn’t checking the quality of food leaving the restaurant the least they could do is answer a phone??? Stay away!’

Absolutely horrible customer service. Managed to cost the chain multiple customers for life at this point due to their inability to resolve their own mistakes and corporate has been no help. I assure you, because of the management at this location I will never NEVER order pizza hut again.

So… last Friday, me and my partner ordered a pizza friday night and the delivery guy messed up the order. He came first with just the pizza, forgot the drinks, brownies, and garlic bread we ordered as well. He came back the second time with just the drink. The third time he came with just the brownies. Wtf? I requested to just refund the five dollars for the sticks. and he volunteered to go back to get them. I said no I just wanted my money back and I would be contacting corporate. I did just that and I they granted us a free pizza for the gross negligence that we received that night. So today, Tuesday, I called to redeem my free pizza and the rude girl on the phone said they wouldn’t honor it because they were a franchise. WTF! Never in my life have I ever received such horrible customer service. Best to just shut this store down. It is an abomination to the name of Pizza hut.

I ordered pizza and this Pizza Hut delivered. It came at a decent time and the pizza guy was cool. I just have a complaint about the pizza I ordered. I ordered a large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. Now I have been a huge fan of Pizza Hut since I was a kid and I’m 27 now! But let me tell you. After this I’m through. The pizza came and I opened it getting ready to give a slice to my son. As I pulled the pizza apart it was not sliced all the way and then the cheese was pulled off the pizza so. The pizza is just bread and marinara sauce. The same pizza bread was sooooo thin and flimsy. How am I suppose to eat this pizza of a tortilla? So as I pull another slice. The same crap happens. My son refused to eat the pizza. He says«and these people get paid o make this? I could’ve made it.» Mind you he’s 8. Smh, never again. I will stick to Papa Johns. Expensive but hey I guess you get what you pay for.

Ordered two medium pizzas online for carry out. When I got there to pick them up the lady working told me they tried to call me because they ran out of hand tossed dough. I had zero missed calls on my phone and wasted my time ordering and driving down there. This Pizza Hut is a joke. Most of the lights on the sign are out so it was nearly impossible to find it at night. Obviously they aren’t there to make pizzas because they don’t even have the dough to do it!

I called into order a pizza, and they never showed up so I decided to call in after an hour, When I did I was put on hold several times until the so call manager Julie answered the phone, and after a few words back and forth she had the decency to tell me I gave her the Wrong number so they never made the order, did not apologize or help solve the situation. I am NOT at all surprised that this Pizza Hut only has 1 star. Not only did this establishment have the worst customer service it shows how they take care of there clients, I will not be returning or ordering pizza from Pizza Hut again. Thanks Julie for making Pizza Hut the face of bad customer service. I believe that there is not bad employees just bad management

30 minutes! Ha! It was nearly an hour when I received the cold stale pizza. I complained about the wait before it arrived and the guy pretended not to hear me. «hello? hello? hello?» first off, their line is a landline, 2ndly I get great reception in my home on my mobile– all bars were on, 3rdly no one says«hello?» that quick when they can’t hear someone. So this guy(Diego I assume) made all that up just to hang up on me. I called and spoke with the manager«Rene». Now I am not done complaining about this guy. It’s simple what they have to do, either train him or fire him. His customer service skills suck anyway.

I am copying my review from the store on 4th street in Long Beach because it was the exact same experience which caused me to look for a new location and ended up here at this damn place. So here we go… After recently moving to Long Beach CA I decided to find my local Pizza Hut location because I am a frequent customer and enjoy the wings and pasta dishes you have, After locating the closest location on 4th street I placed an order and went to pick it up at the location. When I arrived at the location I could not believe what kind of place this is !! The Pizza Hut is more heavily fortified than a federal reserve bank. There is absolutely NOCONTACT with the customer what so ever. The customer must try to hear and speak though some shitty little speaker system they have which does not work properly. The money or credit cards must be passed through a slot in the bullet proof glass! And here is the real insult to the whole thing, The pizza itself is passed through a system of interlocking bullet proof doors to the customer! I have never been so damn insulted in my life !!! If you are so goddamn scared to do business then GETOUTOFBUSINESS. I will not be returning !! I guess both of these locations must be owned by the same people. I will not be doing business with any Pizza Hut in Long Beach. I’m done with Pizza Hut. Not that they even care.

We decided to order the stuff crusts pizza FROMONLINE — extra large with half chicken and tomato AND the other half EXTRAJALAPEÑOS and beef. The estimated time was an hour. But it got here before an hour. However, It was very disappointing! For 22 bucks what a waste. The extra large was more of a pathetic median and the topping was awful. We paid for extra jalapeños and as you can see by the picture I posted up, there were only a few pieces. On top of that, the tomatos, onions and jalapeños were not fresh at all. They were old and dingy looking. And another thing, there were hardly any meat. Overall, the pizza was soggy and wasn’t great. I do not recommend ordering from this Pizza Hut. What you see in their ads isn’t what you will get. Please save your money and order from another pizza joint!!!

I ordered online at 11:31am. The estimated delivery time was 12:01pm. I ordered 16 wings at 60 cents apiece for wing Wednesday. I also got a large pepperoni with bacon cheese crust. I called the store at the forty minute mark(12:11). The guy said the driver was making three deliveries and was on the way. I had to call back at the one hour mark(12:31). He said the driver got lost on one of the other deliveries. This was getting ridiculous. I had three hungry kids waiting for pizza. Forty minutes I can understand, but one hour? I asked the manager what kind of discount he could offer me. He said he could knock off the delivery charge, which was a little over $ 3. Fair enough. I’ll take what I can get. The food finally arrived at 12:37, so it took one hour and six minutes. The food: The wings were good and the pizza was average. The crust did contain bacon and cheese but it was nothing to write home about. The bacon was just bits of bacon. The pizza was not fresh anymore because of the long delivery time. One upside was that they gave us 17 wings instead of 16. Usually places make a mistake by giving you less, not more. I was so hungry that I forgot to snap the initial food pics, so pardon the pics with partially eaten food. There’s plenty of other pizza delivery chains, so we will try a different one next time. I gave two stars instead of one because the manager at least offered us a small discount. I’m just sharing my experience so that others may be aware. I might give this Pizza Hut another chance in the future, but not anytime soon.

Horrible customer service via phone! I paid for extra cheese topping and certainly did not get what I paid for. Tipped more than 15% for delivery service; although I am not going to be a returning customer, it is not the pizza delivery man’s fault. The manager even stated himself that customers are allowed only 3 packets of Parmesan cheese. I mean was that even necessary to state? But wait, he then said, «I’ll make sure you get more than that.» What’s more? The delivery man didn’t even know to bring the dang cheese at the door! Wow! I even added a special instruction toward my online order! Give me what I ask for, even if I have to pay more! What’s the deal yo! To top this review off, I even had to pre heat my oven and cook the raw pizza before I enjoyed it! I suggest going to another Pizza Hut location! This place sucks!

Often when calling in an order you are skeptical, you just never know if they will get it right. I placed an order for a Large Sausage Pizza and 8 wings. I asked that my pizza be well done, not burnt but well done. My son walks to pick up the pizza and gets home with a pizza that is barely done. I couldn’t even pick up a slice without having to rip it with my hands. Needless to say, I was very dissatisfied and will not be returning. Although this Pizza Hut is walking distance, they have forever lost a customer.

I wish I could give this place half a star. It took 10 minutes for me to order 3 items. Stuffed crust jalapeño pepperoni pizza, Hershey’s cookie, and a 2 liter. Then they told me 30 minutes for delivery. Okay sweet. An hour later I call back and they say it should be there any moment… 15 minutes later I call back to speak to a manager. He says that he called me personally several times untill the point where I told him to stop calling. I had no missed calls. So he was either lying or calling the wrong number, either way he was admitting no fault. He then said that he already voided my order. And that it takes three days to void from the credit card. So if you actually want to eat pizza do not call this place. Call somewhere else. Worst customer service ever and I didn’t even get a pizza.

Awful customer service! Placed an order earlier today, told me my order would be delivered approx. Within 35 mins. An hr has passed and I still don’t have my delivery? Where could it be? I called again and the young girl on the phone first said«there was no order placed»? Then she said, oh the driver was outside your house but no one picked up the phone so he left! I verified what number she had because I never received any calls. Wrong number written down! And still argues that I gave my number wrong. oook??! I asked if I can still get my order she said, it would take another hr. What the heck??? Never again ordering from here waste of time!

This location sucks! I don’t like to pick up my order from this location because there’s always a bunch of shady looking people in or around there. My order today sealed their fate in my book… I ordered my pizza and paid for it online but they didn’t start making it until they were able to call and verify my address over the phone. Never mind the fact that the pizza was being delivered to the credit card’s billing address. The lady that called said it’s standard procedure for them to call first and If they can’t get a hold of you they don’t process your order… That just defeats the purpose of ordering and paying online! I didn’t hear my phone the first time they called so here I am waiting almost an hour on a pizza that should have been here in 20 minutes! Last time I order from this location!
