January 10, 2016. Unilocal should have a zero stars option only for this store. A cold, hard, burnt pizza was delivered to us.(The only photo they have.) I called to make a complaint but the manager, Violet, refused to get on the phone after having me waiting for her to stop being busy for over 30 minutes. No surprise there, it’s her third time rejecting a complaint that I have heard of. Unfortunately, as she mumbled the lies that her employee had to tell me, she forgot I could hear her voice. Instead, she made a regular employee deal with it. Props to her by the way, she should replace violet as a manager since she actually knew how to handle mistakes and unpleasant situations. Also, I would like to add that after waiting the Hour +, if we wanted a replacement it would take even longer than the first wait time. She refused to refund us, and even when we showed up to the store,(as she his behind employees), she told my father that he needed to pick up his money some other day. I know how it works and you are always allowed to pick up your money, especially when they sell you garbage. Work on your manager, she must be part of the reason for why this location is doing so poor.

Doesn’t even deserve one star! Ordered the triple treat deal and everything was over cooked and burned. Total waste of money…

Web site says they close at midnight. I made an online order at 11pm and got a confirmation. Moments later I received a phone call saying they cancelled my order because they weren’t taking anymore orders. I always forget why I never order from here… Then this happens and it reminds me to go else where.
