Pavillons

This review is for the Starbucks inside of Pavillions. (There was no Unilocal page for it). I have never seen a manager, if that’s what she was, act so rudely to a customer. Ashley, had to be called over after a gift card issue. She came over very hesitantly and I was appalled at how blatantly rude she was to the customer in front of 4 other people in line, and the 2 other women working! Saying «f*ck it, screw it,» rolling her eyes, never smiled once. Mind you the issue at hand was in no way the customers fault. The customer asks for a receipt, and Ashely says «ugh, well it’s going to take forever to figure it out. So just come back later or something.» Customer says «um forget it, it’s okay, if I get charged the extra amount I’ll just come back.» As soon as she walks away, Ashley says «where did she go? This is just f*cking ridiculous!»
Rude! Won’t be back!
