Pacific Pest Control

Not sure if they are any good at pest control or not. Called on a Friday morning about mice. Operator/​scheduling guy said they would not be able to get out to my house until Monday afternoon around 4. Wife got off work early and hurried home to meet them. They never came. At 5:45 talked to a different operator/​scheduler who said that they did not have me on the schedule until Tuesday. Not entirely happy I accepted this as a mistake. Told the operator that I would be home Tuesday at around 4. Not being able to get off work had a friend go over to my house to wait for the inspector. Inspector never came. Got home at almost 6 and called. Operator said she did not know what I was talking about. They did not have me on the schedule. Gave attitude saying that she had not been working the day before, and that I would need to reschedule. I told her to forget it. There must be another company that could handle scheduling an inspection. I hope their inspectors are better then their operators/​inspectors.
