Nate and Eric helped me refinance my townhouse in Bellflower. They helped answer all of my questions and always got back to me within hours. I did my original loan with a bank and comparing the experiences, I can say that Eric and Nate were a lot more flexible and personal than a bank. I would highly recommend their business to everyone.

These guys helped me refinance our house in January and save us a bunch of money and at lower rate. Nate was very helpful and open and answered all our question even if we asked a bunch of times to make sure. They were patient and really were clear with all the steps from the start. Would definitely use them again in fact thinking of investing in a new property now that we have some extra money.

After finding our home we immediately went to all of our friends, family and associates for advice and recommendations for a loan officer. To say the least, we received a lot of good advice and leads. We ended up with four different brokers (just to make things interesting ;-)).
Nate started with us from the beginning and won our business by directing us through the maze of paperwork (seriously, it’s ridiculous how much is required). Nate also came up with a plan to refinance our existing condo. With some many regulations in place we trusted him to come up with a strategy to make our new loan go through. All of his suggestions were perfect and really helped us secure our loan.
These guys work hard to bring the best options to the table and they came through with the most competitive options and conditions. They work hard and they deliver. My wife and I have already make recommendation to our friends to use these guys!

Eric and Nate at ‘On the House Lending’ were absolutely amazing. From the very beginning, they provided us with exceptional 24⁄7 phone and email support, answered our questions quickly and professionally, and transferred paperwork back and forth flawlessly.
They were able to get us an INCREDIBLE rate on our loan (that even our peers couldnt get!) and we closed on our home smoothly and with no hitches.
