Great service, have gone here a few times when I’m in the area, and don’t wanna wait for an order being shipped.
The selection is always great, and they have plenty of specials and discounts if you purchase a certain amount.
If you’re in the area and don’t wanna wait for an online order to be shipped to you, definitely come in an get your next dinner =]

Good product. But, every time I go into purchase something, the staff takes forever to get through their customers and cannot seem to master the art of multi-​tasking.

All Omaha Steaks stores are no franchised but, that doe NOT mean less on quality and definitely no skimping on customer service either!
Over two years since I’ve been here and, WTH was I thinking just letting the emails, special offers in the mail etc. just get deleted or thrown in the trash?!
Had I truly forgotten how good everything Omaha Steaks has to offer is?
Had I truly had a lapse of memory (not caused by to much Tito’s Vodka) to remember the superb customer service you receive at this location.
Well, slap my hand that now has a ring on it, you just wait at how WOWED I was by this return from self exile I was!

So I received another mailing of an offer I could not refuse:
2 Top Sirloin Steaks.
2 Boneless Pork Chops.

The Tartlets of Caramel were not in the store and, since I’m not a Caramel Fan that worked for me and, the the Key Lime Tartlets were only $ 3 more.
Add to all of that a $ 20 off coupon which when applied to my total of
$ 72.99 dropped things down to a grand total of $ 52.99!!!
Now I walked in, the full set of front freezers had gone out upon this employee opening the store forcing him to remove everything and store it in the back; the other freezers with most of my items were okay.
The gentlemen that was assisting me never once showed an iota of stress or disdain about the situation but, gave me some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in quite some time as he explained the items, tips on preparing them, why they are a good choice, opened everything I was purchasing to make sure it was to my liking.
I coul NOT have been trated nicer, not even by Nancy Grace an we all know what a Dove she is!
How cool is this individual?
Well, a lady named Lorraine stopped in not only to pick up an order but gave him a gift because he treats her so well everytime she comes in to purchase items from this location.
Yes, the 3 of us had a moment!

Food and price are great. Staff is a bit too pushy.

Worth every penny (especially because you can always get a discount, package deal, etc. here).
Let me mention that I AM FRUGAL. I will almost always get the cheapest of something. When i spend a lot on something, it better be worth it. Omaha steaks is SO WORTH IT.
The customer service is one of the big differences here. Dont be fooled by everything being frozen and in boxes. They will show you anything you want to see, both in person on the box and photos of the prepared stuff in the magazine.
I was initially hesitant to get anything that was frozen, as im a fresh foods kind of person, but the way they freeze it (i think they call it «flash freezing) doesnt take away from the flavor or quality at all. The meat is really easy to thaw in room temp water and when you cook it. .. oh man. .. so juicy and delicious.
I especially love that they explain everything to you and suggest waht goes good with what. they offer for you to upgrade to the black boxes (which is VERY delish), but they dont hard sell or hassel you about anything. they more educate you about your options (becuase there are so many).
I go every few months and stock up on a bunch of meat and sides and enjoy it over time. I always look forward to the 50% off weekends…
I can just taste the bacon wrapped filets now. .. yuuuuum. ..
