Mossé

I live right around the corner and frequently come to the shopping center Mosse is located in and every time I walk into Mosse I am never greeted or acknowledged and almost immediately want to walk out which is such a shame because their clothes are always so cute. I always always always end up in Miyamo and the customer service I receive there is 10 fold to Mosse. I always receive kind greetings and helpfulness at tullemoss and I wish Mosse were the same.

Found the sexiest summer dress here. Great service, quality merchandise. Nice little boutique.

I don’t understand how this place has 5 stars. Terrible service. I walked in and received no greeting or acknowledgement. I ask if there is an upstairs and the owner rudely says «no». Learn good customer service. Sucks, really nice shoes I wanted to buy but the service turned me off and I left

Mossé is a cute, trendy little boutique tucked neatly between Miyamo, Tullemoss, and Panvimarn. And if you’re like me, you might just pass over this hidden gem!
I went to Miyamo originally, but as I was walking up, I noticed a little «OPEN» sign hanging on the place next door, and the lights were on. I ducked inside, and was greeted with a little *tinkle* and a very warm welcome from Theresa, the owner. I totally admitted that I’ve never been inside before, and I felt horrible because I frequent Miyamo and Panvimarn at least once a week for one or the other! She laughed and said it’s okay, and if I needed anything or wanted to try something on, to let her know.
I walked around, just sort of getting a feel for the place because I was on a small time limit and I still needed to hit my original shopping stop! Mossé has a nice layout, that makes finding what you’re looking for pretty quick and painless. No need to sort through a stack of overhandled piles of clothes here. So not the mall. Loved the vibe the Theresa had, totally warm and sweet! Such a doll (^_​^)
The clothes she has are trendy, cute and stylish. From floral boho to a little more hipster. She has a 7 day exchange policy. No refunds, and final sales on dresses, accessories or sales items. I loved everything inside the boutique, and I cannot wait to go back. Everything was fairly priced, and I even picked up a set of silver dainty rings for $ 10! They’re sooo adorable! She also has a few necklace displays, anklets and a few quartz and amethyst druzy necklaces! Fabulous. My bank account is going to hate me for sure. I’m really honestly shocked that there aren’t more reviews for Mossé! Because it is in a pretty popular location, but somehow still seems to be a hidden gem. Thank you so much for your help today Theresa, I can’t wait to go back for more than rings (^_​^)

I really like this store. Prices are pretty resonable considering location and unique items. Worth a quick stop off to take a look. I purchased a great tshirt and blouse $ ²³⁄₄₀. Stop by. Only problem for me is the return policy. 6 day only exchange or store credit. I makes me less likely to make a quick decision to buy something since I tend to return things.
