Long Beach Certified

I placed an order online for a gift. The order was placed Sunday night, and set up for store pick up. I was thinking they would get it Monday and I would be good to pick it up by the latest on Tuesday. Monday I heard nothing. I called the store Tuesday and was informed it would be fulfilled Wednesday. I heard nothing Wednesday. I went into the store and was told that the sweater was in fact not even screen printed yet, and come back Thursday as it may be done then. I didn’t have the time just come back and forth and I needed the sweater that week, so I asked if I could pick out something else from whatever was in stock. The sizes were limited and I picked a sweater that was cheaper and not in the color I wanted. I was offered no price adjustment for the cheaper sweater, but I was already annoyed with the process so I wanted to leave with something and get the transaction over with. I took the sweater home and washed it so the wearer didn’t get a billion fuzzies from the fleece everywhere. I washed the sweater SEVERAL times and the lint from the sweater was insurmountable. I’m not being dramatic, but I was overwhelmed by the amount of lint generated. I still cannot wash the sweater with other clothes because everything comes out covered in lint. If I knew that they keep very little stock on hand, and whatever I ordered would have to be made, I would have never placed the order. Also the store is usually never opened during the operating hours posted online. Each time I called to make sure if the store was open, and I was informed the hours were only from 12 – 4 which is not suitable for someone who has a job, or a life of any sort. I am very disappointed because I love the apparel online and being a Long Beach resident, born and raised, I was looking forward to having a place I could go to for unique Long Beach gear. This obviously is not the place. All in all I am just not happy with my experience.

I stumbled upon this place by accident the first time I went. I actually have been planning to find this place for some time because I love Long beach items. The staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. They have a great selection in the store but I just recently went on their website and saw more goodies I will be ordering soon. I’m an addict to stickers so it’s a go to place for my stickers fix too. The parking is a bit of bitch but it’s worth it. I’m very happy with my custom order shirts.

Got printing done by them! Came out flipping amazing!!! They worked extra long hours and really worked with us to make everything exactly how we wanted it! Couldn’t appreciate these guys more! Their LBC Gear is off the hook too!!! a must have!

This store is awesome! Got all the LB gear you need. Great and helpful staff. Everytime im in LB I always try to find to stop by.

I am soo upset, I flew all the way from MN and finally got to hit up this store on Sunday. They say they are open from 12 — 4:30pm. I was ready to do some Christmas shopping and when I arrived to the store at 2:00pm the lights were all off and the doors were locked :(There was no sign or anything stating they were closed that day or if they were out to lunch. Super bummed out that I couldn’t get what I wanted and I am not about to pay $ 20 for shipping…

Disappointed guys. Came all the way from San Jose to get something to rep my city to find out it was closed. Even though online hours said it was open. Shady.

BE MORE CONSISTENT with ur open times… when u say WE OPEN AT NOON mean it. get it together folk coz ur embarrassing folks from LBC. getchoLife

Came in for a gift for my friend. They didn’t have what I wanted in stock so the guy offered to make it. He text me the next day with my order! Awesome service, fast, and friendly! Will come back again!
