I have known Jeff for many years. He used to manage the condo complex I own in in Long Beach and really did a great job. A few years ago he ventured out on his own and we didn’t get the service from the owner of that company like we did Jeff.
Cut to a few years later and I take a job across the country — I am now renting out my condo. It was a no brainer to have Jeff be my property manager. His rate is competitive and he does a great job. Always responds right away to me or my tenants. I am lucky to have him!
