The tye-dyed shirts caught my attention like a moth to flame. I am not a smoker, but I do like to go to smoke shops to get an idea on what my lungs are missing out on. Okay, not really missing out it since I live and breath 2nd hand smoke on my way to the entrance of my office. But then I suppose it’s cuz I’m cheap like that and I’ll just chill with my coworkers and friends during their smoke breaks. But I can see why folks are stuck on that tobacco. Guess what? They have RUNLBC shirts and sweatshirts here!!! Sweet! And the store just recently opened their doors in this new location approximately some time in April. The Humble House’s old location was on Montair Ave. This place offers the usual suspects for a tobacco shop. But what I liked about this place is that this place offers dart stuff and jewelry plus they have a small refrigerator with ice cream– the Good Humor stuff. I like this little shop, it gives me ideas on what to get for my friends who smoke. The lady who owns the shop is very cool and laid back, she took the time to explain some of the new items they have in their store. I’m sure I’ll be stopping by here soon to get my t-shirt. It’s all about LB love!

Stay away from this place. The owner is reserved and doesn’t seem to care about his customers. Additionally, the prices for his water pipes are outrageously high with a poor selection; the cheapest being $ 50 for an unattractive, boring, uncolored glass water pipe. This place used to a good place to go, but has turned into store that is just trying to rip off customers that don’t know any better or don’t care to take the time and drive out of the neighborhood. There are far better places in Long Beach such as Headhunters on 4th St. that have a great selection, nice employees, and excellent prices. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
