Horrible. Came in here on a weekday. Around 4pm. Not busy at all. Counters, tables, floors were filthy. The condiment trays were empty. I asked the guys to refill it… never happened.
I was appalled by the filth of this place. I hope this post will get to management to have their employees clean the common area during their shifts. It was really disgusting.

One of my favorite flame broiler locations. It’s always the same people working and their always very friendly and accommodating. Sometimes it does get busy, but service is extremely fast and they take phone orders to go as well.

One of my favorite healthy food places to eat. The food is made fresh and fast. The location is clean and smells good. Employees had good customer service. The price of the food is reasonable and worth trying.

I try not to come here often since after school it’s packed. The problems I had were irritating. I asked for extra rice on my half and half. I wouldn’t had ordered it if I knew extra rice took 25 min. People that came after me were called before me. On top of that I kept spitting out burnt Pieces of my chicken. The rice was also super dry and inedible. It was like waiting the left overs on the grill. Super annoyed.

Food is good employees are a disgrace. The owner really needs to hire people who care. Rude. I hate coming here now I really hope they do something about how bad their customer service is.

This is my least favorite Flame Broiler. It is located on Spring St and Palos Verde in a strip mall.
I only stop here after tennis, close to El Dorado Tennis Center. The place is kinda dingy, and the people who work here seemed annoyed when you come in after 7:30 pm-​they close at 8:00. They should consider closing a little later, since there seems to be a constant stream of people coming in.
The flat grill is not used during this time frame, they have the chicken already pre-​cooked-​then throw it on the BBQ grill. I just don’t like the element taste of the food. I got home, and had to re-​fry the chicken.
I think the employees are in such a rush to clean, and leave-​that they neglect customer service!

The concept sounds great. The finished product, not so much. I like the brown rice option and the veggies. My meat was so dry it didn’t leave a drop of juice on my rice. Even the side of sauce didn’t help it. Small area. Not much space to eat there.

I love the chicken bowl for a quick easy grab and go meal. This place is fast and usually clean but the ambiance is not very attractive to me which is the only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars.

Don’t bring an Amazon Local voucher to this location. They don’t have the scanner to accept it nor do they post a sign indicating they don’t accept them. Food is not as flavorful at this location as the one in Los Alamitos. Beef was a little dry. Also have to ask for the green onion toppings. Very disappointed. Glad this wasn’t my first Flame Broiler experience as I would not have returned to any location.

Soooo, they closed the store at 7 when it says they close at 8. I said the website said 8, and he replied, «I dont know what it says on there, but we close at 7.» Hmpff. But, this is the best flame broiler I’ve been to yet out of all the flame broilers I’ve been to with regard to bowl ingredients. It’s definitely not mostly rice like many of the others.

Friendly place. Good healthy fast food– if you want it healthy. I order the works (half chicken/​half beef) with veggies and brown rice, no sauce but I add hot sauce. Quick and friendly folks.

I have been wanting to try this place since I 1st heard about it. Damn, great flavor. Have not tried the chicken alone, if I have a choice to get ALL WHITE MEAT I’m gonna take it cause I’m really picky when it comes to meat!

It’s fresh, so always nice to have something cooked to order. Menu selection is simple. They didn’t really do a good job of offering healthier options they have. Did think it was cool that we could combo our meats, little cluck and moo action. The value is ok for the money, but service was slow. They do have a nice buffalo sauce to spice it up, but you have pour and package yourself.
