Fix My PC Please

This place is amazing. They are my go to fix it place for all of my laptop issues. Their work is always clean and accurate. They have helped me get my laptop fixed and returned to me within the week. They have excellent business hours. You don’t have to worry if you work the typical 8am to 5pm. They are open past 5pm. I will continue to come here for all of my electronic issues. Although, I don’t really have any left as they have fixed my two laptops and they continue to work beautifully!

My hard drive crashed — a really bad crash. The drive could not be accessed at all. I tried it on a different computer and still it could not be accessed so I knew it was the drive. I had important data that I didn’t want to go through the hassle of recreating and my backups were old. After doing some research and talking to different companies I realized that this is a $ 500+ problem not the $ 200 ‘starter problem’ that many geek places might quote. I decided I would try this place. The owner was very professional, couteous, and knowledgeable. I informed the owner that I knew this wasn’t going to be one of the ‘first level’ problems because it couldn’t be fixed via software. That means going to the next level which is $ 500+…But I brought in a PCB that had a component that I thought would fix the problem. The owner said he’d use it and give me a call back in a few days. I received a call back and was expecting the worst because he didn’t say over the phone ‘I recovered your data.’ When I got to the store he did show me that my data was recovered and put on the drive I provided and also that the original drive with the now-​fixed PCB was working also. That means I can image the drive so I don’t have to reinstall the software programs installed over the years. I am very happy with the service I received here and would highly recommend it to my friends.

Excellent and friendly customer service. Although space may be small, they have mostly everything they need for things to be fixed. Definitely worth coming back to for any of my computer needs.

Very good service, Mr. Chauncey looked at my computer, went right to the original problem where my computer was kicking me off of the internet for no reason, he looked into the issue and offered several possibilities and would narrow it down to one. A secondary problem I asked about showed that the computer was not properly repaired in the first place by a squad… who will remain nameless. He reinstalled the drivers for the wireless, and updated the drivers for the keyboard that the other people were supposed to have done after shipping my device out of state for two weeks and sending it back in whack condition.
I’m pleased with his work. And I’m picky about who I use to fix my stuff. I took it in on the 31^st, he was done on the 2^nd but I got it today because I was busy and did not have time to go by there on yesterday.
Very pleasant, no nonsense, professional and competitive prices with good workmanship is all I wanted. So go there if you want the same.

I am VERY pleased with the courteous service I received here. They explained what they needed to do to rectify the problem & the quote was accurate. Nice neat shop with free parking on Atlantic Ave. I would definitely use them again.

These guys are great! Dropped off my computer Saturday at 4pm was able to pick it up at 8. Everyone else quoted me 2 – 4 days. The only other company that guaranteed same day service was twice as expensive.

F stands for FAIL…
Took my laptop in on Monday to the «local guy» as it has been running extremely slowly. Intake process seemed easy enough, they were extremely polite.
I was advised that they’d take a look at it and get back to me later that day or in the morning, at the latest. Monday comes and goes. Tuesday comes and goes. I call first thing this morning and leave a message explaining the situation. Wait until 1pm, still no return call.
Decide to show up and get my laptop back. I walk in and different guy working, who didn’t even know my computer was there. Collect my PC and vacate the premises.
