Delta Sign Shop

Sometimes, products seem to fail and sometimes they exceed a customer’s expectations! Unfortunately, my first sign started falling apart, but this was not Delta Sign’s fault. It was explained to me, by Pete, that the material provided to his company has had numerous complaints. After getting a hold of Pete, he acknowledged the issues and then told me that this will be covered under warranty. I would say this was perfect timing actually because my gym, Barbarian Athletics, was adding a new CrossFit affiliation to the fitness center called CrossFit SBLB (check pics soon). Because of the faulty sign, Pete offered a little discount on our new sign and he also covered the old sign under warranty. I have yet to fulfill that item as the CrossFit SBLB sign just went up earlier this week, but looking forward to that as well! Anyways… let’s talk about how fresh the new sign looks! It was definitely a process, but Pete persevered and delivered! He promised quality and he promised an awesome sign! BOOOOOOM… got it! You can see the sign a mile away!!! Nice and bright! So simple and Smooth! There’s a few time adjustments that we need to fix for when it should remain on and off, but it’s all in the process! Please check out Pete’s work, and I definitely have to commend his attention to customer service. I saw some of the other reviews here and I totally agree on communication. Definitely let Pete know how you want the sign to be and don’t spare any details! He’ll deliver!!!

I am so happy with my signs… Numerous signs that Pete has done for me and my businesses. He has done our vinyl as well as a new can sign and replacing our old can sign. He gets the job done in a timely manner and is very communicative and honest. Our signs and install were all completed within two weeks — start to finish. I have referred him to many of my friends and coworkers as he has done a great job for us!
