Best customer service in a hardware store. Worth the extra drive to it. The first time they didn’t even charge me anything(I needed a couple of screws) and when I bought primer on my 2nd trip, they mixed it, gave me a stirrer and an opening tool(which also happens to open beer) without even asking! What’s not to like?

Sounds crazy to review a «lumber yard» and general store; however, I had to take the time to give rave reviews to a gentleman named BRIAN. what a find. He was the most helpful gentleman I have encountered in years. Usually they see a woman walk in and attempt to blow us off. Not Brian. I was looking for specific items only manufactured by Anderson. He took the time to look it up and solve my problem. Unfortunately, I can’t praise the rest of the staff; who took the easy way out, and just said the part didn’t exist. I hope the owners of this establishment appreciates Brian’s hard work and excellent customer service. THANKYOUAGAINBRIAN…

obviously in this day and age your home depots and lowes may be slightly cheaper(dont forget to factor in gas money) but if you dont know exactly what you need, , and you need good customer service, keep it local and go here. actual people who live in your neighborhood who know what you need for your home. the guys at the back desk are problem solvers and full of advice. just walk right in.
