Big location, staff was not very knowledgeable. They don’t have a lot of things in stock so you still need to get it shipped to you. I got pissed off and went somewhere else to get my iPhone.

This location just recently opened up. I went in yesterday to resolve a billing dispute with my phone. Sal assisted us and got everything sorted out.
I’m really glad to have a convenient place to pay my cellphone bill downtown within walking distance, I was getting sick of going over to the 2nd street AT&T! Sal was nice and very helpful. Clean, big store.
I hope more people come by so that this location stays here.

Great new store location where the old Radio Shack used to be. Sal was very helpful and had loads of information about service plans and deals. I really liked that fact that he immediately acknowledged us as soon as we walked in (most cellphone companies that I’ve been to have no customer service skills especially if they know you’re not going to buy anything). We didn’t make a purchase due to our existing plans already established, but we will be back when it’s time to switch over to a knew carrier.
