ArtX is an innovative center which is a buzzing hub of artist studios, galleries, programming, and special events. I appreciate how community-​centered they are by engaging people of all ages through classes, hands-​on workshops, and lecture.
Today a workshop was offered to all skill levels – The Great Picasso Paint-​Along. Participants had to simply bring their own supplies and equipment. Instruction was free. This looked fun, but I was unable to do this. Cue melancholic violins, please.
I just attended a FREE event — ‘Picasso: Myth, Master, and Monster’ presented by Gregorio Luke! Very enlightening! He discussed Picasso’s life, influential events, progressively younger lovers/​wives, and art. I am really looking forward to attending more events at ArtX soon.
