Anytime Limousine and Sedan

I responded last weekend to assist a limo driver from this company with a lockout at a casino. (I am a locksmith). The driver was VERY unkempt, he reeked of alcohol and was very uneasy. I got the door open only to find that the passenger side seat was missing and the entire front of the vehicle had trash and cans strewn all over. the vehicle smelled of stale beer…
After the service was completed I was informed by this driver that he did not have the cash or a card to pay me for the service provided. He wanted his client to pay for the service and insisted he go into the casino to find him.
What else was I supposed to do? haha. so I waited patiently for 30 more minutes only to learn that the drivers client refused to pay him or me… apparently the client was extremely unhappy with the service that was provided to him by the driver…
I ended up having to contact the San Diego Co. Sheriffs office because this driver defrauded me basically. But unfortunately this is considered a civil matter.
After relocking the limo doors and leaving the location I contacted the registered owner of the limo company and informed him of the situation. He assured me that he would pay me for the service call and that his driver was not on a sanctioned escort through the company and that that employee would be terminated as soon as the limo was returned.
The owner told me he would call me later that afternoon with a credit card to satisfy my fee… He never called.
Another locksmith in my area was called the next day to the same limo to make a key for the limo in question. This locksmith and I are partnered and decided to include my missing fee in the additional cost together… otherwise I’m afraid I would have never been paid.
Eventually I did get paid for the service.
This quick and simple service call turned into a big mess. The management of this company is seriously lacking and the accountability of their drivers and equipment are very questionable. I would really think twice about hiring this company.

Stay away! They were a no show to take us to the Paul McCartney concert. When I called they said oh that was today? Had to find another at the last minute. I wish I could give them No Stars

Buyer beware, Anytime Limousine and Sedan will leave you stranded. I would stay away from this company.
My experience:
In a nutshell, myself and 2 friends were left stranded on New Years Eve 2011 in Santa Ana until 4am in the morning. We paid for a round trip town car service, we were only dropped off at the destination, never picked up. Jason the representative that was suppose to pick us up told me that he was 15 mins away and never showed up. He started ignoring my calls to his cell phone and we had no transportation for 2 hours until we found a taxi to drop us back off in Long Beach. Jason, the CEO of the company offered a complementary limo ride for not picking me and my friends up on New Years Eve after I paid for both ways and tipped the driver. I set the complementary limo ride for 1÷14÷12 for a pick-​up in Long Beach at 11:30am (which we confirmed by text and email) and pick-​up at 5pm.
On 1÷14÷12, Anytime Limousine and Sedan was 20mins late and I called Jason’s cell phone and he said he thought it was for later that afternoon. Jason said he was very sorry and he would find me a car right away. Because this happen to me before I text Jason 10mins later and asked if I needed to find another form of transportation for me and my 9 friends ready to go to a Beer Festival in Hollywood that started at 12:30pm. I called Jason and he apologized and let me know that he couldn’t find a driver right now because of weddings going on. All of my friends and I had to find a way all the way up to Hollywood and by then the festival already started. At this point I had very low faith in Anytime Limousine and Sedan. I asked for a refund and Jason was supposed to contact me on Monday. He never contacted me, which I wasn’t surprised and now that lead me to this poor review.
I don’t want this horrible experience to happen to anyone, please just don’t waste your time and do NOT use this service. Thank you.
