Not every Arco is the same. In fact, they vary pretty drastically across the spectrum. However, when it comes down to it, the main thing I care about in a gas station is the actual price of the gas (like most people!), and Arco/​AMPM never fails to provide the most reasonably priced gas.
This is one of those Arcos that is not as nice as others, but I find myself here a lot because it is pretty close to where I live. As far as resources go, I generally find that this gas station is always missing something. Once when I printed my receipt, it came out completely blank. Also, they don’t provide paper towels with the window cleaner. Although these problems are not the «end of the world» to me, they are definitely factors that knock it down a tier from other Arco gas stations that are my favorites.
This particular location is not in the best part of town, but I live in the area so it does not bother me too much. But if you are not from the area, or just driving through, it might be a bit off putting. If you do pump at this station, be very mindful of pedestrians! There is a bus stop right in front of this Arco, so there are always people always through and across the driveways, so just keep a special eye out to make sure everyone stays safe. Although I usually find cheaper gas in the Orange County Arco Stations, this one is great for when I am close to home and in need of some quick gas.
