The manager at this store should be fired
When an order is wrong he argues that it is right.
He’s arrogant and rude.
He actually had us wait in line for 15 minutes for a replacement meal then practically threw it at us.
I am filing a formal complaint to corporate.
He needs to go back to mgmt school

If I couls give 0 stars I would. Don’t go here if you want a correct order in the drive thru. Usually it’s onions when I ask for none, last time it was a single instead of a double. This time a completely different sandwich!!! Chicken not quarter pounder.

This McDonald’s has terrible service! The employees are rude and really seem to hate the I’m here. I only come back so the kids can play.

I don’t know why but the last 3 – 4 times I have gone there I brought my laptop to do some work as well. Everytime the wi-​fi doesn’t work. It’s horrible. Also last time when i was ordering inside, they guy taking my order wasn’t even paying attention to what I wanted and was talking to someone else and then had to re-​ask me what I wanted like it was my fault.

If you like flies that buzz around your head and try to land on your food while you eat in a not so clean, crappy, fast food place you will love this McDonald’s! I’d also recommend learning Spanish before trying to order. If you’re that hungry for fast food use the drive-​thru then you will not see how nasty things are inside. Mmmm, flies transferring bacteria too your food — Yummy!

I’m not sure what happen to this location, but the staff is not as good as it used to be.
The only time I seem to get great service is in the morning for breakfast.
The service at lunch is still pretty peppy, but i feel like I am talking to a drone. Hopefully it picks up.

Slowest Drive-​thru EVER just to get cold fries & burgers.
They are so slow inside and out that you could drive over to the McD’s on Quebec go through the Drive-​thru there and get back in time to still wait in line for your order.
Free WiFi never works here too.
The only good thing about this McDonalds (why it get 1 star) is that the Redbox has all the movies on a Friday and Saturday night. I think it is because no one wants to go to this McDonalds. The Playplace is nasty (Redbox located in the playplace)
