We recently purchased a S&F Meghan Rose Queen Pillowtop mattress and box spring set. The sales staff was friendly and informative. They were not pushy or acting like used car salesmen. Next day delivery was available and we went that route. Overall, pleased with my purchase and the company.

I came to Unilocal for suggestions on mattresses and I’m sooo glad I did! Zachary Smith was highly recommended and boy did he deliver! He was so knowledgeable, so helpful, so patient and not «salesy» at all-​what a great experience we had working with him. We got there at 6:30, last night, had our mattress picked out & finished our paperwork by 7:20 (and it must be noted that Zach quickly & expertly narrowed down our choices, based on our needs, which was a huge help in an otherwise overwhelming decision) and had our new mattress set by 4pm, today, all because Zach made it happen-​he rocks! :)
I cannot say enough about the level of service he delivered. If you’re in the market for a new mattress set, visit Mattress Firm and ask for Zach!

The employees here were very helpful and informative. I enjoyed that they were not pushy and gave you time to try out beds on your own. They gave us space and were there to answer all our questions. Would recommend… Plus the guarantee to beat anyone’s price!

We just bought a mattress here and Zachary Smith helped us. He was awesome. So helpful and friendly. We didn’t feel pressured to buy anything at all, he listened to what we were looking for, and helped us pick out the perfect mattress. We ran into some issues after delivery (completely our fault, we ordered the wrong height box spring for our bed) and again he was super helpful, didn’t make us feel like an inconvenience and tried to save us money every step of the way. I wasn’t looking forward to buying a mattress and having to deal with salesmen so I was nervous to go into this store, but it was a great experience. If you go here, make sure to ask for Zach!
