We purchased L’Occitane products off and on over the years in both boutiques or online, but now with a perfectly staffed location near us, we tend to drop in every time we visit the mall. The main reason we go out of our way to stop by is solely to see Vincent and Chad. They make you feel at home and welcome you with a smile and willingness to introduce you to their latest product lines. Without their customer service and enthusiasm, I am certain our visits would be an annual event. But now, we feel as though we are not only nourishing our skin but also nourishing our spirits. They are two very special young men who have definitely mastered the art of their careers. Bravo!

I’m obsessed with L’Occitane, even though it took me forever to figure out how to pronounce it.
Their service here is excellent. If you have to try one thing, try the shea butter hand cream. It’s the best stuff EVER. Especially here in dry Colorado. I’m also a fan of their Immortelle line. Smells amazing.
Of course, this stuff is not cheap. But if you’re in the mood for a splurge, it’s worth the extra money. And — the shea butter hand cream makes a GREAT gift.
