Kaiser Permanente Lone Tree Medical Offices

Note re: Kaiser wifi. If you spend any time here, you’ll see that LTE coverage (at least AT&T) is nonexistent so you’ll want to use the house wifi.
It’s tricky but it works. Like everywhere else, it pops up and you select it. If you launch a browser, you see the window and check the box.
But here’s the weird part: You gotta wait. Stare at that first Kaiser screen (with ‘cancel’ in the corner) for literally two minutes. Not seconds, minutes.
Then cancel changes to ‘done’, you select it, and you’re all set. Download speed is crummy (5 – 6 mb) but it beats 4g.
Yes, this same process takes 2 seconds at the coffee shop.

Just had rotator cuff surgery yesterday with Dr. gladu. He and his team were just wonderful. Surgery went well, staff was kind. I had never had surgery, and the team did a great job calming my nerves. For obvious reasons, I hope I don’t have to go back, but if I ever need crazy joint/​tendon/​muscle repair, he’s my guy.

This place may be good for the common cold or a sprained ankle but if you have anything serious going on do not come here. In March a tumor was found in my back. It took these guys three months to find that I had a fairly common type of cancer. By then it had spread all over my body. They cut corners at every turn and made mistake after mistake. Finally I went to another hospital and was diagnosed within two days. These doctors are a joke. This isn’t a ruined meal or a bad experience at a restaurant, this is my life. The only word to describe the care I’ve received is negligent. If you value you life or your health or that of your family do not put it in the hands of these so called «professionals». Go somewhere that can treat you like you deserve to be treated and that values your life as much as you do.

So no one should like going to the doctor’s office. Simple as that. But if you do, you don’t want to wait and you want to comfortable. Check and check. Staff are courteous, polite and expedient. This Lone Tree location is top notch, from the accessibility from I25, and the parking. As you walk in the place is beautiful, it just aesthetically pleasing in so many visual ways. Whether you have to wait for a loved one or whether you are undergoing some kind of treatment, the Lone Tree location might be one of the better places to go. After hanging around, my sister who was watching over me was like, I wonder how I could join Kaiser?

I really like this facility. It is modern, clean, well laid out, and filled with beautiful artwork. I have never met a member of the staff, in any department, who wasn’t happy, competent, and an utter joy to be around. As far as medical offices go, this one has a great atmosphere and I actually find it quite pleasant to spend time here. If you ask me, that’s pretty invaluable, albeit unheard of, for most medical facilities. The staff is happy to be here and the patients are in good hands, which pretty much speaks for itself.

Here for a class. The premises is very very pretty and modern. Also it has a gym for employees and facilities. Wish I could have a chance to work here…

Left two hours before my scheduled appointment time (to arrive for my procedure an hour early), and somehow I arrived five minutes before my procedure was supposed to start! Way too much traffic, but the nurse was very understanding and helped me through all of the paperwork in a jiffy. Thanks to her diligence, we ending up starting just a few minutes after the scheduled appointment time. I was surprised at how quickly the procedure went. One second, the nurse is telling me that she’s going to start the drip, and the next second she’s wheeling me away to the recovery room! I was a little frightened that I lost a chunk of time, but relieved at how smoothly everything went. Overall, very clean, state-​of-​the-​art facility and caring, competent staff.
