Met a buddy that just happened to be passing through for business and Hooters was his choice. Figured this location, since being open for a few months now would have it figured it all out, but they haven’t. Menu has either changed at Hooters or this location has a smaller menu — either way not impressed by the food or service.

If you’re a fan of insanely greasy chicken wings served the temperature of molten hot lava that leaves 3rd degree burns on your tongue, look no further! About 30 minutes after this regrettable dining choice, I experienced what can only be described as ANALLEAKAGE. Thanks, Hooters! Now I know what it feels like for clear chicken grease to involuntarily trickle out my butt and down my pants leg. Would you mind reimbursing me for the underwear I can never EVER wear again?

I was excited to see this place open near me. I enjoy getting the chicken wings to go for Sunday games. However it just seems like such a hassle at this place. Ive gone here on four different occasions and something always goes wrong. The most common problem is getting short changed wings. Now Im not going to split hairs over one lost wing but when its four or five wings missing each time it seems like a big problem. The service is just ok. There are long periods of time where you are waiting and feel forgotten. The worst was when I was told over the phone that they dont make cheeseburgers and no matter what I said I was told that it wasnt on the menu. In that instance a manger did make it right but it just adds to this recurring frustration. This food is not as good as other Hooters in the area. The burgers are very very salty and the wings come out soggy no matter how many times you ask them to be crispy. Overall its just an unpleasant experience to come to this location. If I get a hankering for the wings I’ll drive the extra distance to the one in Aurora.

Ok. Place smelled of dirty diapers at the front door. I just thought it was something in the air but no, after our meal we found out it was the norm. Bathrooms were worse.

Came here for lunch with a client and couldn’t hear anything but the music. They have it so loud I have a ringing head ache. Asked waitress to turn down and didn’t care. Everyone at the bar was having the same problem.

We have been here a couple of times and have had good service, delicious wings and have enjoyed all the TVs. Maybe we just hit them on good nights. I am happy to have such a nice Hooters close by, sometimes you just want that specific taste their wings have. As far as Hooters go, this is one of the nicest I have ever been too and I used to live in the South where they were everywhere! It has gone in our regular wing rotation.

This is long but main point– COUNTYOURWINGS! THEYSKIMP/LIE. I like Hooters wings and the tvs, came to this location 3 times. Each time the food was hot and yummy, but service is questionable. Each server we had was forgetful and kept forgetting our orders, and didn’t even put the ticket in the last time we went. If you’re forgetful, use the notepad you’re holding, maybe you won’t forget. After waiting 30 minutes for 50 wings on a slow Monday night we flagged her down. She had forgotten and would put it in now. That’s cool, and a manager came over to say sorry and offer a complimentary appetizer while we wait. The wings came 45 total minutes later and the appetizer came with it. Something was off, after counting, only found 41 wings. Are you kidding me? You make us wait for 45 minutes when there are only 5 tables, and you skimp on 9 wings and say it’s 50? Got a hold of manager again and he rudely says well, we just gave you that appetizer, so do you really want all 50 wings? Wow, just wow. I can’t even. Later when the bill came the app was still on the bill along with $ 10 he said he would discount. The manager is dumb and unprofessional, and they better not be cheating customers on wings. The server was nice and not at fault so she got a full 22% tip from the original bill. Kudos to her for putting up with my madness as I argued with the rude manager

This place has helped me break my attempts of being a nicer person. When you walk into a sports bar at 11:30 on a Sunday during the NFL season and women’s volleyball is on the TV you have to wonder. When some sort of motorcycle racing is on the next TV it gets more suspicious. To top it off, I don’t want to tell you what was on the 3rdTV. Some nice person just spent a few million on a new restaurant and they can’t even have football turned on the TV’s? There are a bunch of gals prancing around wondering why the place is empty. Unbelievable. There are 10NFL games on right now.

I’ve been to this location 3 times now and sadly it isn’t any different than any other Hooters. It looks really nice, and when done correctly, the food is great, but it looks like this location is going to be as inconsistent as the rest. Some servers understand customer service, but it appears many don’t.

Lost order resulted in two free beers. Customer service at its best. Wings were well worth the wait.

I was glad to see when this Hooters finally opened. Sometimes when you want wings there is nothing quite like a Hooters wing. The food was great and the service was friendly. We went during happy hour in the middle of the week and they were surprisingly not busy.

I was very excited that this new Hooters opened so close to our house and I couldn’t wait to go in and have wings and buffalo shrimp! My husband and I went in and were immediately greeted by the hostess, asked where we would like to sit and quickly got us to a table. She seemed friendly. We looked through the the menu, made our decisions and then… sat there for at least 10 minutes and no one ever came up to our table! There was a server working the table behind us, once she finished talking to them she promptly walked away. And another server at the OTHER table behind my husband, and she walked away too. In fact, we saw at least 7 or 8 servers walk past our table and not one of them even make eye contact with us. One was too preoccupied talking to a couple of guys at a table across from us for the duration of the time we waited. All in all: would love to review the food or say something positive, but the fact that every person except for the hostess IGNORED us, gives me nothing to say but POORSERVICE!

We had very bad experience with service. Looks like waitress here all are pretty new. Had to remind them empteen times to get us plates, forks, knives. Till end we didn’t get forks & knives. Food was good though, drinks were also fine. For all the trouble we did get some discounts in our bill.

There is no wings day? Seems to be the only store i have ever heard of that does not offer the one thing hooters is known for. But wait theres more they also have very slow service and the people are a little rude. We will not be returning

Came in with my boyfriend to watch the final quarter of the Ohio State game!(And have a beer of course!) We were quickly greeted and sat and they switched a tv for us so it was on closer to where we were sitting. We also got 20 boneless wings, Medium and Daytona. We also got some curly fries. The wings were good, I might try a little hotter sauce next time and get some for our fries too! Our food came out quick and Cara, our server, was super nice and fun as a server. We will be back soon for happy hour.

I was surprised to see this over in Lone Tree decided to stop in for lunch with my husband. The food was decent but nothing compared to other Hooters in the area that I’ve been to. However the reason I’m rating the two stars is service was pretty awful. Our waitress at the bar practically rolled her eyes every time we asked her a question about anything. Even when we asked her to fill our water that had been empty for a while.(mind you this was at 11:30 am and it wasnt busy at all.) I didn’t see anybody smiling, except the hostess. There was a second bartender who was also dealing with the bar who kept having open conversations in front of us with our waitress. At one point they were standing there talking about Facebook, my husband asked how long this location has been a Hooters. Our waitress did not acknowledge us at all… my husband and I just stared at each other and then I said maybe she doesn’t know you’re talking to her. About 30 seconds after that, they finished their conversation about what they posted on Facebook that day and our waitress says we’ve been a Hooters since August 21st without even looking at us. So clearly she heard us before and just didnt bother to answer and chose to ignore us. Just because its a Hooters doesnt mean you ignore your female customers. Guess what? I was paying the bill not my husband so guess what? I decide if you get a shitty tip or a great tip… I will continue to go to the one on Parker Road… Much more impressive.

Really nice NEW Hooters. It’s a lot different than most Hoots. I know because I’m a former Hooters girl, and have been in close to 30 different locations. This one has a nice fire pit and patio. Good selection of beers, and the service was Hooterific! We have been to this Hooters 5 times already(it’s close to home, and you can take the girl out of Hooters, but you can’t take the Hooters out of the girl) my buddy, Brian, highly recommends Rachel!

This is the brand new, clean, airy Hooters that just opened up in Lone Tree. I made two trips here in one day because I was supposed to meet a friend, but our wires got crossed. Service here was quite good, and they have a full bar with an ample draft beer selection. They also have a nice patio with a fire pit if that’s your thing. I can see myself becoming a semi-regular customer at this Hooters. It’s a little far from my house, but I’m often in the Park Meadows area for my various other travels. I had the chicken wings, and they were a little greasier than I’m used to, but that’s a problem that can be easily solved by ordering them naked instead of breaded. Personally, I’m a fan of the Hooters concept, and I’m glad to see a fresh, new Hooters opened near me.

AnnaLisa was our waitress & was very good with making sure our 1st experience at this new location was perfect. I ordered boneless medium wings and my boyfriend ordered mild bone in wings both came out quickly and as expected. We ordered a beer off the extensive beer menu. They were very cold with a frozen glass & refreshing! We will definitely be back & recommend checking out this location near Park Meadows in Lonetree.
