They always do a great job of cutting our kids hair, we go back time after time.

We have a 12 year old daughter with special needs. She has significant sensory issues and hates getting her hair cut. We always make appointment at the end of the day to make her haircut experience less stressful as our daughter is very uncooperative. The staff «Katie» is amazingly patient and kind. She takes her time, is comforting and can cut hair like a ninja. We so appreciate their efforts to make this as positive experience as possible. Excellent job every time!!!

We just love getting our hair cut with Katie! My son is completely happy there, it is easy to get an appointment so you don’t have to wait and the salon is clean and tidy. You would think it wouldn’t be so hard to find someone to give my 7 year old a shave haircut, but it was! Katie never leaves razor marks on after his cut and does a great job on his cowlick. Ask for her– you won’t be sorry. While it is a bit more expensive than the old run-​of-​the-​mill place, it is so worth it and they have a nice coupon program.

It’s a pricey haircut, but you’re definitely paying for the experience as a whole. I took my almost 2.5 year old daughter here for her first haircut because I wanted it to be a super fun experience so the next haircut would be a breeze.
She loved sitting in the taxi cab and spinning the wheel while watching Curious George. The stylist is obviously comfortable and adept at cutting wiggling toddler hair as she easily rolled with it when my daughter was a little overzealous in her car «driving» causing her head to shake around. The stylist listened to what I wanted for her– just a trim of the minimal dead ends– and took the time to separate her relatively thick hair with clips for an even cut. Her hair is healthier looking and it was a totally tear/​fear-​free experience. The cute hair style with bow clips she went home with was a totally above average touch!
They have some merchandise for sale, including hair care products, styling products like bows and headbands, and a few small toys.
The only reason I can’t give 5 stars was that I wished there was a movie on the TV in the kids play area, as well as more toys, as we had to wait longer than expected. Apparently a second stylist was running behind, unknown to the owner/​stylist that quoted us 20 minutes. She handled the stress of falling behind, and being the only stylist, with grace and a good attitude, but trying to keep my daughter entertained for 30 minutes with a train set, a set of blocks and a couple books quickly proved difficult. I didn’t ask for her to put on a movie, as I didn’t want to add to her stress, but it could definitely just be protocol to put one on before they open.
