What can I say about this Chipotle team? Nothing but amazing things. Mike the manager is a hardworking, friendly, charismatic, determined, and any thing great you could possibly say about a manager, he is. And his team of chipotle members fall in line with him and I just so much appreciate the people culture they practice at this location! If I could put 10 stars– I would!

The food was amazing, a year ago. Now it sucks so bad. It is over-salted and has no taste. It is not the staffs fault — Chipotle corporate just does not care anymore. All of the food is made in a factory now. Chipotle has made so many lies over the years. Now their«food with integrity» line is b-s too. Go somewhere else. The food sucks!

I am changing my review. I went back after months and Mike remembered me and«made it right». I am a manager elsewhere so for someone to remember an experience after months and then take care of a customer must garner a 5 star review. Keep up the good work Mike.

I love Chipotle’s food, but I especially love this location because of their service. They are always friendly and fast!

I love this Chipotle. I work close by and we go here quite a lot. Fun suburb atmosphere as well. Highly Recommended.

I have been working across the street from this Chipotle for a few months now, and it has become my default lunch option. It’s pretty much like other Chipotles, which is a good thing in my book! I tend to get crispy chicken tacos, occasionally mixing it up with carnitas or beef or a salad, and it’s always delicious. The service is reliably good, too. Friendly people serving quality food; I’m happy.

I’m going four stars because it is a chipotle. When benchmarked against other fast food options, the food is fresh and the service is quick. it does what it’s supposed to do get in and out quickly. The food can be spicy low cal and high fiber. Wish more fast food options provided this!

Came here at 6pm on a friday night! they were packed and for Great reason. Besides the fact that I believe that Chipotle was a restaurant chain that was gifted to America from the GODS, this location didn’t disappoint. The staff was diverse and all working their ass off. The portions were enough for a small army, just like I like it. I always order: Chicken burrito bowl, white rice, pinto beans, all salsas, guacamole, and cheese. I rarely tip the line at the end when I check out but this time, after reviewing all the star performers in this line, I happily placed a $ 5 bill in the tip cup and made sure they knew how much I appreciated the hustled. Little did they know, my brother from Indiana, was with me and he got to enjoy the awesome experience as well!!! Oh and the guy with the handlebar mustache looked RAD!

It was a Chipotle. Fast service, decent food, a little pricey for what I got. Exactly the same as every other Chipotle.

If you are a fan of Chipotle and are looking for an smaller version of their burritos, this is the location for you! They consistently dish out skimpy portions of meat and rice, leaving you overwhelmingly underwhelmed when you see the size of your burrito at the register. It seems that I always have to request extra meat just to receive a normal sized Chipotle burrito at this location. I believe that making customers pay the $ 2 for extra meat is part of their business model… I give them 3 stars just because it is still a Chipotle — the burritos are always tasty, even if they are small.

I’ve never been a massive fan of Chipotle(unlike all my friends who were begging to move into my apartment which had a Chipotle underneath, haha). That said, I enjoyed my lunch. The line was crazy, but there is outdoor seating(yay!) and the price is very reasonable — $ 6.25 — 6.50. I can’t think of any other place in this area(short of a Subway) where you can eat out for that little. The chicken salad bowl is a nice compromise when you want to go out with your friends but don’t feel like ending up in a food coma. I would have given 4 stars if guacamole was included, not $ 2 extra, on an entrée.

I have been going to this Chipotle since it opened when I was in high school, it’s been a long time since, but I loved it so much then I thought I would return. I used to love it because they gave you huge burritos and even bigger bowls. Well I went today and was very turned off because they skimped on the rice. Rice is not the most expensive thing they put on first of all. They gave me half of what I used to get. Then the meat of course wasn’t much. So I go on and see the end product and see how small it is compared to what I have experienced in other chipotles or what this store used to make. I went to Costa Vida right across the street which you pay a little more, but you get twice the size as you do here in chipotle. I will now always be going to costa vida to eat.

Not my most favorite chipotle in the world. The burrito seemed much smaller than it used to be and all the meat was mashed down on one end and all the other toppings at the other. Which is annoying since you want an actual blend of the flavors. But the flavors themselves were good. The place maybe a third full when we came here for a late lunch and I don’t know if it’s because of their high ceilings or the music blaring, but you couldn’t hear a thing in here. It was so freaking loud!

Food was consistent for qdoba but the staff was distracted with messing around with each other and were slower service.

What can I say? Chipotle has had a consistently quality product ever since they opened. This one is no different. This one gets a little crowded at lunch time with HS kids from the near by HS, so your best bet is to use the iPhone app to order food if you are here at lunch time. My orders are always accurate and on time.

I love Chipotle. Let me just clarify that. I am a Chipotle fiend. Sometimes I like to go on the one Chipotle burrito a day diet. But this Chipotle… it’s just not up to par. Each and every time I have gone, I have a new complaint. Maybe it’s just this ONE employee. But regardless… Every time this woman serves me, she either complains to me about having to go back and forth when I don’t request the salsas at the end of the line in order. She skimps on the guac. She snapped at me when I dared request a «quesoritto», which isn’t an outlandish request because the Colfax location by Twist & Shout makes it for me EVERY. TIME. Oh and she never wraps my burrito tight enough. Her wrapping skills are sloppy. She usually rips the tortilla. So I would just like to clarify, this is not me complaining about the food because the food is great but their customer service seriously sucks. It’s a horrible moment when I get halfway through my burrito and it falls apart because *someone* is an incompetent burrito wrapper.

Better than Qdoba — I’ve eaten at about a million bajillian Mexican food joints and this doesn’t rank near many of them — but for Mexican style fast food, it’s the best there is.

I went to out to dinner with the wife and kids last night because we were both too tired to cook. We stopped in Chipotle at 6:30ish and order our burritos, chips and guacamole, and a kids plate for my 6 year old girl. The restaurant was clean but a little too cold. We all ate with or winter jackets on. The food was very good but my little kids could not handle the spices. Next time we go, we will leave the kids home with mac and cheese!

4 stars JUST because I love Chipotle. But like other reviews I’ve written of chain restaurants lately, there’s not a whole lot to distinguish this particular location from any other. It’s a Chipotle. The chipotle in Lone Tree is going to be the same as the one on the 16th street mall, as it is anywhere else. I guess one differentiating factor could be the staff. I’ve only ever been to this Chipotle during a lunch rush and it’s always fast, smooth, and friendly for these guys. So I guess if you’re in the area and you’re in need of the Chipotle, this one won’t disappoint. Unless You don’t know what Chipotle is, then you might be disappointed in case you think it’s unicorn burgers or something.
