Why even bother having a KFC location if you don’t serve what is on your menu?
KFC closes at 9pm while Taco Bell stays open later — same location. Make little sense to me but whatever its a free country.
However, when you close at 9pm and at 7:58pm you’re out of chicken tenders and you tell your guest «the store won’t be cooking any more tenders for the night» is pretty ridiculous. You would think they would get the hint when they have to repeat this non-​sense night after night. I have been to this KFC several times and usually around 8 – 8:30 and literally they have been out of tenders more than they have had them. Some people work late KFC Londonderry. Try honoring your menu a little better and maybe I’ll give it another try.
Whoever owns this place — corporate or franchisee — your employees and/​or policies are doing you no favors to your bottom line here.

Last three times we’ve been here they were out of what we wanted.
1) out of chicken tenders.
2) out of non-​soda drinks (had to go with 3^rd choice from menu)
3) took 20 minutes to get tenders. I went through drive-​through, had to park and waited 15 minutes, then had to get out in the rain to go inside and wait another 5 minutes.

A combination KFC /​Taco Bell. One of your better fast food options. The Doritos tacos is one of the best fast food innovations in recent years.
