I am at Fuse usually five days a week. There are classes for every type of person suiting every level of fitness. The instructors are some of the most friendly and supportive people you will meet. Nicole has established a unique and diverse studio and I’m blessed to be a regular member. Namaste.

This is a small town yoga studio worthy of any big city studio I’ve ever been to, but even better because it really has a small community vibe. Nicole, the owner, is a great teacher and also a really sweet person. She remembers everyone’s names, helps you one-on-one if you need assistance and really gets everyone involved in the class to whatever level they’re comfortable. Fuse offers a great selection of classes with a few different awesome teachers. My personal favorites are Nicole’s flow classes and Barbara’s Surfset(more on that in a second), but they also do restorative/candlelight yoga, Zumba, pilates, foam rolling(ouch, but awesome), Yin/yang yoga and more. They also do workshops and party nights(light glow-in-the-dark yoga) and social events outside the studio so you can actually get to know the people you’re sweating along with every day. If you’re looking for a yoga studio, I probably don’t need to explain what a yoga class entails, so I’ll skip over that. Chances are, though, you’ve never taken a Surfset class since there are only a few studios in the US that teach it(and one is in Londonderry, NH!). This of it as a Stand Up Paddleboard that’s been bungeed onto a couple balance balls and you have to stand on it/jump over it/lay on it, etc in a cardio/core/strength class for an hour. It’s super fun and unique and Barbara will definitely kick your ass. If you’re looking for a new fitness studio and are tired of the gym, you should definitely check out Fuse. It’ll give you a nice balance of different fitness classes and let you really become part of a fitness community.
