Worst Starbucks ever! It is way too slow! Why even have a drive thru that takes more than 30 minutes to get a drink?! I always get an Americano so it tastes fine. Which isn’t even on the menu along with half of the rest of their drinks. The menu is mostly all their food items, give me a break!

It’s a hit or miss with this Starbucks. My drinks never taste similar. The 3 stars are for the kindness of the staff and customer service. The product produced can use some fine tuning.

Excellent Iced Americano! Drink was perfect with the right amount of flavor, sugar, cream. I would recommend Lompoc location. It’s very busy location, and of course they work fast!

This location is so ridiculously slow! It almost always takes 20mins to get a drink that takes 5mins at locations that are much busier. I’m not sure what the issue is here, but I’m pretty sure I’d get a drink faster in Santa Maria or Buellton, including the drive time.

So I’be lived and traveled quite a bit in my short existence so far. and had a decent amount of Starbucks. I have to tell you this is one of the worst Starbucks I have gone to. Sometimes their Batistas are nice with great service other times they are just down right rude. When they are busy t takes forever to get your drink. I used to live in a bush city and they could have you in and out of the store in 3 min or so. Sometimes in lompoc I can wait up to 10 min. I just feel that if it is the only main Starbucks they should be trained better for higher volumes of people. So they don’t get moody or too slow at making drinks and keeping customers flowing.
I give this Starbucks a two star rating because sometimes they are great but rarely are they great. Really frustrating but then I can just support local coffeehouses in town instead.

one word… slow. I used Starbucks app to order the drink ahead of the time… when I arrived still waited 17 mins. Not so good…

I avoid this Starbucks when possible for two reasons. One, this is the only Starbucks in Lompoc so the drive-​thru line is always overflowing to the point that it blocks traffic. Two, once you brave the lines and wait 15 – 20 mins for a drink it is made incorrectly 60% of the time. This city needs another Starbucks to alleviate these issues.

35 minutes in the drive thru. This is acceptable only if I am receiving a full steak dinner with my coffee.
Mobile orders are the way to go. Hot and ready every time.

Not a great Starbucks my coffee is always off. My order ha been skipped while waiting inside. The staff is friendly but maybe too friendly talking to each other too much and not paying attention to detail. I only go if I’m desperate. I’d treat her grab a 711 coffee

It’s the first time I’ve been to starbucks in a year and I’m reminded why I don’t go anymore. First, it took a longgggg time to prepare my order– hisbiscus tea and a spinach wrap. After waiting almost 15 minutes, I realized my tea is filled all the way with ice and barely any tea. Not coming back.

An hour wait from start to finish in the drive thru. Had the manager come to the window and asked us to pull forward because the car behind us had to leave! No discount, no apologies! What a mess this place this!

Never never never again. Took 45 MINUTES to get through that drive thru line! If the curb wasn’t so high, I would have dodged out of there. Once at the window, we had to wait 15 MINUTES just to get an iced coffee. That’s right, a coffee on ice. No apologies, no acknowledgement that it had taken so long. Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced.

This Starbucks is pretty slow. Better yet, they don’t really give accurate mobile times for orders. We waited to place the order because the app warned we were too far away.

I’m unsure why the drive through is so slow. Most of the time I come it’s a 20 to 25 min wait. I’m sitting in line now and have been here 20 mins so far.

So I order a Venti decaf mocha frapp. Extra thick
1st time girl gives it really watery
2nd it tastes just like ice
3rd time taste exactly the same except it’s really watery again. Then I let them know that I’m missing another Venti drink and her response is well we have to remake other drinks as well. Obviously if they are remaking a lot of other drinks is because they are not doing them right. Then to top off the whole trip the other drink I was still waiting for wasn’t right either.

3 stars because I can’t rate day crew and night crew. Day crew is slow, unorganized and their drinks can be quite different. Totally depends on who makes it. Some good, some bad. Night crew has just a few people working so the store is pretty messy at night. From what I have heard, day crew doesn’t clean which leaves the understaffed night crew to clean up after them. I have had GREAT drinks from night crew though! I think this store has a HUGE management problem. They need better people in the day and more people at night.

You don’t know crappy Starbucks Until you go to middle Georgia! This place is wonderful in comparison. It was jumping off busy when we stopped in. It was clean. They were nice not overly so considering the line was out the door so what do you expect.
Our orders were filled surprisingly in well order considering how busy they were.
The bakery items well stocked especially since they are giving extra stars today.
Yes, we will visit here and recommend.
We’ve been back several times they are always busy but always get our coffee right and have good service and are pleasant.
