We just had plantation shutters installed on five large windows. Cindy was upfront about how much they would cost and also how long it would take. She is helpful with presenting you with your options and making suggestions. She is friendly and considerate. I would recommend her without hesitation.

I have used this business multiple times and am always satisfied. The owner/​operator is friendly and professional. My orders have always come in on the date that she quoted me they would. And the quality is up to my high standards. I recommend this business.

First Quote given was $ 500.00 off from actual price!
I kept calling to find out if my order had been put in … finally after 2 weeks and a threat to go somewhere else, Cindy calls me to tell me she made a huge mistake with quoting my shutters. Its wasn’t 1300.00 it was 1800.00 (round about) and it would take 6 to 8 weeks. Ok, I still kept the order… 8 weeks later I call to find out where my shutters were. I had to call a couple of times again to get a response… I was told I wasn’t going to them until mid November! That means 12 weeks, no apology only excuses that its everyone else’s fault. Really, as a professional, the first thing you do is apologize for the delay and for not keeping in contact with your customer.
I would not recommend this business to anyone. A few dollars saved does not excuse poor customer service and excuses without apologies.
