Great service and nice people. The plumber that did the work, did a great job replacing my clogged washer trap piping. I will use them again.

after being less than satisfied with our last plumber we decided to try out Plumb Perfect. The plumber arrived on time ready to work. I had two drains that needed snaking. He did a thorough job and charged $ 130 which is much less than if I had called twice. One of the drains still backed up a bit after he left and he returned that same day and put in nearly an hour of extra work and charged us nothing. That’s good service in my book. I wish he didn’t have to return but he fixed the problem with no fuss.

I will agree that this company was punctual and the plumber who came out was courteous enough. The problem was that I asked for an estimate on the job before they came out. I was told that they charge $ 95 for the first hour, and that the rate drops to $ 70/​hr. after that, billed in 15 minute increments. The job was simple — installing a bathroom sink fixture that I had purchased. The bill for the job was $ 240. The plumber was here for 1 hour and 5 minutes. Turns out that they charge a traveling fee, so I paid for the plumber’s time on the road. There was also a separate trip fee for the wear and tear on the truck. (I live about 15 to 20 freeway miles from this company; it’s about a 20 minute drive at most.) I will never use this company again because they were so dishonest about what cost to expect, and never told me that I would be paying $ 70 an hour while the plumber drove here; nor that there would be the additional trip fee for their truck.
