I don’t want to see two overpaid idiots beating on each other, but when the fight came on, we couldn’t get any channels above 12. Right in the middle of a Food Network show, the picture froze and a message suggested that I call Comcast to order the package that I pay them to provide, already. This isn’t the first time. Don’t fall for their package deals, the whole deal is CRAP!

after the 5th time returning something I have continually been charged for the service even after I discontinued the service or returned the DVR, digital adapters. Had a service call that was their fault, technician told me I would not be charged. I was charged, called back after not seeing the deduction, was told it was removed, it wasnt. Called back 3 – 4 times and continually told it will be removed, IT STILL HASNT. They are so corrupt it makes me sick!

Girls here are super friendly and try to get the services that you need. Avoid beginning or end of month If you don’t want to wait.
