When it first opened up, I had the coupons and the cashier was friendly and helpful-​as others have mentioned, the store is clean and not sleazy-​it seems to be modeled on the ConRev stores, though they are much more helpful and instructional there. However, on my latest visits to the store-​no nice friendly cashier, only Dragon Lady who acts like you are really disturbing her if you ask her to help you find something. My fiancé likes catsuits, and I wanted to surprise him. The selection was not very good, and when I asked for all black, she said they didn’t make them. It is also somewhat hard to understand her, as she is Korean and not great with English pronunciation. I asked to check the receipt to make sure I had gotten the proper discount, as she didn’t calculate it for me, and she got really frosty and said I better not open the package or no return. Okay, it was around 10:15 on Sunday, maybe she had a bad day. My fiancé didn’t like the pink accents, so I brought it back on Tuesday. She was having a personal conversation with a job applicant right by the register. I stood around awhile and said, «Excuse me, this will only take a minute. I need to return this.» Again, the frosty glare and she ignored me. I spent another 10 minutes waiting, and then got annoyed. Is this any way to show a potential employee good customer service? Once again, I approached and stated my business. She was finished with her conversation, other people were waiting for service. I took it out of the bag, and showed her it had not been opened. She got angry and lost any finesse she might ever have had. «No return, no return» in broken Englsih was all she kept saying. I showed her once again that it was pristine, and I had my receipt. She turned her back to me. I told her I was going to take it up with my credit card company, and I damn sure will. By the way, the batteries and bullet that I got there, though pricey, were very short lived. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! There are better deals on line and you don’t get treated like a leper

Great store cheap prices. I was just kinda bothered that the cashier kept my change. She started conversating with me and when I left I realized she ripped me off lol. It’s a pretty decent store though

A great sister store to the store in Anaheim, also has everything you need with prices comparable to online, beats Amazon and save on shipping. Get everything you need, when you need it, and save time and money in the process! 5 stars!

I rate Couples MO with 5 stars because it’s new and well taken care of in its line of business. The store is very clean and doesn’t give off any sleazy vibe as some other adult stores do. Staff was helpful and welcoming upon my visit.
When visiting these types of stores, I am particularly interested in the lingerie; Couples M.O. has plenty of variety. I even noticed they have a decent selection of Plus Size.
Competitive, less-​expensive pricing than other stores in the area. This store has variety for every thing you may be shopping for at this type of adult store. even smoking devices. Huge glass selection, at much less cost than the smoke shop across the street.
Located on the busy Pacific Coast Highway in Lomita, but has plenty of convenient parking beside the building, as well as more private parking in the back.
