The whole hotel was disgusting. First there was no one at the front desk when we showed up. Then we got our room and went to it. There are 4 of us and we booked a room with 2 Queen beds. 2 of us took the bed and the other 2 took the pull out. The pull out bed was at most a full bed(when we had booked a queen). We pulled up the bottom of the bed and springs were popping out of the fabric. The top of the bed was stained from sweat and was so worn away it was basically just springs and fabric. So the two of us sleeping on this bed decided to sleep on the Floor(which was way more comfortable then when we laid on this bed) and the floor and couch had random stains. Then we looked at the shower. It was fine until we saw the mold on the shower curtain. All in all I hate this hotel. If you want a motel like room for triple the cost you should stay here.

I had to stay here until I could move into an apartment. I stayed here for about a week, I had a corner suite. The suite we were assigned, had a bathroom, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room with a pull out couch. The kitchen was complete with a clean fridge, stove, microwave, sink, cutting board, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc. The bedrooms each had their own closet, tv, and cleanly made beds. There was a tiny stain on the couch but I wasn’t going to let that ruin my stay. They even supply an extra pillow, pillow case, blanket, and sheet inside one of the closets. The Wi-fi in the room was fast. The tv’s were nice. There was even an entire desk booklet about the hotel. In fact, this place is actually nicer than my apartment. I was a satisfied customer.

Where do I begin? Carpet in our room had not been vacuumed. LARGE crumbs and debris near the couch. Around midnight, room was freezing cold as the heat went out and temperature was below 0 outside. Called front desk who offered to send a space heater?! After a housekeeper(yes, a housekeeper) tried to fix it and I made several more calls, I was finally offered a different room. So, at 1am I had to wake my children and lug all of our stuff down the hall. «breakfasts buffet» was bowl of spotted bananas, juice and cereal. Definitely wont stay again!

I’m not impressed. I stayed here recently and every single day there was something disgusting I discovered in the room. Hairs in the bathroom and toenails on the floor to name a couple. This was when I walked into the room. You’d think they’d inspect the rooms before renting them out. I don’t think I’ll stay here again.

I just finished my long-stay here and I absolutely loved it! I made a reservation online and was able to check in early(before noon). There are two buildings, four floors each, with elevators. I had a home office suite. The room includes a full bathroom, queen bed, pull out couch, full kitchen(complete with pots and pans, stove, refrigerator, plates, silverware, tupperware, baking utensils, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher), cable tv, high speed wired internet(wifi is available in the lobby; the manager said he’s planning to have wifi for all the rooms in November 2011), a desk with a rolling desk that fits right under it. And the greatness does not stop there. — I had my room serviced three times a week. A cleaning fairy would come in, take out my garbage and recycling, replace the towels, make the bed(or change the sheets once a week), do the dishes(if you were too lazy to put them into the dish washer yourself), dust and vacuum. — Breakfast was everyday and included cereal, milk, hot oatmeal, coffee, teas, hot chocolate, oj, apple juice, yogurt, bagels and bread, cream cheese, jams, peanut butter, bananas, and apples. — Newspapers came everyday. Get up early and grab yours on Sunday before everyone else gets theirs or gets the inserts(with coupons) out. — Coffee, tea, hot chocolate available all the time. — On site laundry! $ 1 wash and $ 1 dry. — Literally across the street from Target. — «In a Pinch» in the lobby has microwaveable foods and snacks available 24⁄7 that you can purchase. — There’s a pool, exercise room, free parking. What made my stay most enjoyable was the front desk staff, housekeeping and maintenance. After staying for a couple months, I got to meet everyone and got to know them. Whenever there was a problem or an issue, they handled it promptly. I had a medical emergency and they got me an ambulance promptly. One night, my neighbors were loud and noisy at 3AM and Anton took care of it wonderfully. Another day, my internet stopped working and they got me connected to their internet support center immediately; few minutes later and my internet was back working again. Towards the end of my stay, my room rate went up without warning and they adjusted it back down and refunded the difference for the nights I was charged extra. As I was moving my stuff out and had a really large box to get into my truck, maintenance helped me load it in. And on my last day, they allowed me to check out late(I only stayed an hour after check out). If you need a place for a long-term for business, school, relocation, or vacation, I highly recommend staying here. I absolutely loved it and if I had the money to live here forever, I would! Who wouldn’t love not having to clean the bathroom? Note about making reservations: the longer you stay, the lower your rate. And use your discount(AAA, AARP, gov’t) to make it even lower! And join the rewards club. I racked up a lot of points during my stay.
