I have been looking everywhere trying to find the new cookie dough Fit Crunch Bars. This store actually has them, which made me very happy. So I go up to the counter with that bar and two quest bars. But the guy is helping out a mother and daughter for a good 5 minutes while I am just standing there at the counter. I was never acknowledged in the slightest. So I left without paying for anything and I left the bars on the counter. Very disappointing service.

BIG Mike and Mikael always look out for my best interests when I walk in. They tell me ahead of time about sales, ways to mix and match protein and supplements for my goals, listen before they advise and are all around good people. With the gold card the prices are reasonable when accompanied with the kind of advice and results, they also take my feedback into consideration when I tell them which chocolate protein shake tasted the best.
