Professional, efficient, and friendly.

Just started coming here a few ago and I’m fairly happy with my experience. Getting an appointment is not to difficult, and they can usually fit you in within 2 weeks. The receptionist have always been nice to me. They text and email you to confirm your appointments and like for everyone to come 10 – 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork.
All of their equipment is up to date and fancy. They do a couple tests and are very quick and efficient about it. Dr. S is great will definitely help you see much better :) But my favorite thing about this place is TOM! He’s the glasses guy and he is just the sweetest. He can fit your glasses here and make them fit like a glove on your face. He even fit some of my sunglasses– yay! Only thing about this place is that I which they had a better selection of frames. I’m pretty particular on the style and brand I want… so I’m hoping they have more designer (Burberry, gucci, etc.) frames available in the future!

The facilities are new and everything is neat and clean. Dr. Soderblom is also very polite and super professional. He asks all of the standard questions and comes across as very patient and accommodating. One time I had to wait for about 15 minutes in the exam room and he kept apologizing for running late. I told him not to worry though, 15 minutes was really not that bad!
I’ve been coming here for two years and have ordered both contacts and glasses from them. The ladies here do a great job of fitting you in glasses to suit your style and make great recommendations in this area. The process of ordering contacts is also super easy and usually my contacts arrive within 2 – 3 days of placing the order.
Appointment availability is good and I’ve always been able to get in within 1 – 2 weeks of calling.

Been coming here for several years now, and have nothing but positives about this establishment.
Parking: Large lot and thanks to the McDonald’s, very easy to find and locate.
Appointments: Do not know about walk ins, but I feel making an appointment is the best way to get seen promptly. The office even provides e-​mails and texts in order to ensure you do not miss or forget your appointment.
Services: Extremely professional and felt very comfortable during the entire exam and treatment. Dr. Soderblom treats people with lots of care and speaks to you with ease. He has a very «Dr Drew Pinsky» like voice and charisma. The staff work hard to keep the flow and ensure your eye needs are met.
As far as glasses purchase goes, I am sure you can shop around but I never felt pressured or forced to buy the frames at his office. Remember, this place is a business and not a charity so I understand that there are costs to cover.
Overall, recommend highly with no hesitation.

RUDEST receptionist ever. I simply called to see if there would be a long wait to get my glasses repaired the same day. She didn’t even answer the phone nicely to begin with, then couldn’t even answer my question. Just kept saying she doesn’t know, cuz I didn’t get the glasses at their optometry, and wouldn’t be under warranty, blahblah blah. I JUST WANTED TO KNOW HOW MUCH IT WOULD BE TO GET MY LENS FIXED SINCE I AM PAYING. Remind me not to call ever again.

Dr. Soderblom is very professional and knowledgable, was able to tell my husband he has a little congenital cataract and none of his prior optometrists has ever told him that before. There can be some wait time to be seen, and it took them awhile to get his glasses ready (it’s been more than 1 week and we still haven’t gotten them yet). Overall nice environment for eye exams, but glasses wise you’ll be better off getting them ordered somewhere else.

Dr. Soderblom has built a great business. His staff is very friendly, and professional. His (new) office is beautiful, he did a great job designing the place as far as décor goes. I have never waited over ten minutes to be seen, which is pretty good for a doctor’s office.
He is very professional and gentle with his exams, he takes his time and makes sure you’re getting the right prescription for eyeglasses or contacts. He tells you the truth and doesn’t dance around a touchy subject.
I had problems finding contacts and I went through about 9 pairs of trial contacts from all sorts of brands. I have one eye that needs to be ordered because the vision in it is so rare. The staff, especially Jenn, was amazing and very patient with me and really wanted me to have the right feel contact, most tech’s would’ve given up.
The eyeglass selection is pretty good, could be larger but what do you expect, its a small private owned practice. They also mark up the prices very high and won’t budge, even if you offer to pay cash.
The only thing I dislike about this location is it has no ohpthamologist. He should look into havbing one at least once a week to see patients.
