What is there to say about the local campus store? Pretty much the same as any other campus store at every other college in America. The books are definitely over priced, the various assortment of school sweatshirts and apparel are also pretty expensive. Although I have to say the employees that work there are very friendly and help you look for the things you actually need. There is also a tech support located inside for your computer essentials. You can get a student discount by using your ID but it honestly isn’t much help if you’re trying to buy a ton of text books.

Do not, and I mean do not buy from this store. I bought a sweatshirt, $ 40, took it home only to find out that an xtra large was too small. I tried to return it twice and they were closed. I called on the 10th day, not knowing they have a 7 day return policy and was told it was too late. They said it was stated on the receipt, and past the 7 days, it was too late. The staff is rude and indicated I could only get store credit, MAYBE if they allowed it. WTF? are you kidding me, IF? what are they God? If I had used my credit card I would have tried to dispute it. I will never, ever shop there again and will tell everyone I know not too as well. Absolute bullshit, wish I had seen this site prior to going in their store. What happened to old fashioned good business? no problem, bring it back we will refund you no problem. 7th day Adventists? really? you don’t know the meaning of being religious, kindness to your fellow man is part of «religion» and you people obviously don’t know the meaning of the word. I’ll be contacting the better business bureau next… I’ll report back after I speak to the store manager or what ever they call themselves.

I needed a pediatric stethoscope so I called ahead and was told it was in stock. I drove over 25 miles only to find out they had an infant stethoscope(stated infant on the box) not the pediatric one that I needed. Big difference people… get it right! :(:(:(

HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICEWHENRETURNINGBOOKSEVENWITHRECEIPTS. VERYUNPROFESSIONALSTAFF: MELODIEHAMILTON, MARIASANCHEZ and some middle-aged lady(Supposedly the textbook manager?) (and this is supposed to be a faith-based employer)? As a student and an employee at the medical center, I can attest to the poor rating of this bookstore. It is the WORST bookstore experience I’ve ever had throughout my master’s degree. They sold me a used-looking book, and I bought it because it was the last one on the self. But, I asked the cashier if it’s returnable, and she said«yes, No problem». It turned out one of my friends had the same exact book, so I went and returned it a week later and I was in disbelief how RUDE the employees I mentioned above. They straight up said NO with an attitude, and they pretty much accused me of using it when in fact, it sat in my car the whole time. They also have a very limited supply, or maybe the employees are just lazy to help you find it that’s why they say they don’t have because the initially told me that they didn’t have this book but I had to go find it in the book shelf myself. SO I now have a $ 50 book I’ll never use. So, a word of caution, go somewhere if you have the option.

Do not buy your books or medical equipment here unless you religiously keep all your receipts. I tried returning a book with no success. Many places can trace the purchase with the credit card you use to make the buy — does LLU campus store do this? NOPE. Very unhappy since I now own a book which I do not need. ps. the prices here are way on the expensive side.
