Living in the Loganville/Grayson area, there are four Subway restaurants within a 5 mile radius. I’ve always gone to this Subway, because it has had the friendless staff, and the best overall service. This last time I went must of been a fluke, because it wasn’t the best, actually it may have been the worst. I ordered a 6″ turkey on white bread, not toasted. The two women working there were incredibly slow. There were two people ahead of me in line who were already in the process of getting their food made, but it still took 10 minutes of waiting before it was my turn. The sub roll was not fresh. It was hard, and the whole top of the roll crumbled off, and the end bit was too hard to even eat. I would of complained, and asked for a fresh sub roll, but was on a time restraint, and couldn’t wait another 15 minutes to start the whole process over again. I may give this subway another chance one day, but for now, I’ll be going to a different Subway.

The 2 ladies were so friendly and helpful. Kudos to Jillian and Janet. Janet went beyond her call of duty for my subway gift card that the magnetic strip would not read. No other subway I went to would help me. They were prompt and courteous. Thanks Subway and Jillian and Janet.
