After find 5 bags of chips chewed open and mouse crap in the food prep area, was given a half hearted sorry and then all concerns about if our food was sanitary were ignored. Steer clear unless you like unsafe food.

Ordered a burger to-go, as I always love their burgers. Still did not disappoint! ALWAYS so good!

I ordered chicken strips and they were raw. Unfortunately, I was too tipsy to notice so I ate a fair amount. When I realized and told the waitress, she was borderline rude to me and just said, «I’ll tell the kitchen to be careful cooking the chicken». I had to call her back and essentially argue for a refund. She kept saying they’d only give me $ 2 back for the chicken but not the fries and onion rings that came with the meal. She didn’t seem to realize that the damage done by the chicken was not $ 2. It was the very real possibility that I’d be sick the next day. It’s been 3 hours and I’m already feeling rough. I feel like it’s a clear principle not to make a customer pay ANYTHING for a meal that will make them sick. Overall, just a really bad/bizarre customer service experience.

Ohhhh, the White Owl. The common haunt of many a folk, a dive bar through and through. Burger and big dogs get me through my undergrad, and the deck manages to calm even though most lacking of summer days. As many have mentioned the way to go is cash, but you won’t have to take out much — a bit goes a ways here.

I am here over night on a business trip and wanted to grab a quick drink. Being the only bar I could find in town I figured it would be decent. I never actually made it inside because they don’t take cards. It’s 2015 who doesn’t take cards? Being the only bar maybe they should start???

1. Closed on Sunday. Do they realize people enjoy watching football and/or drinking beer during the weekend? 2. Do not serve liquor(apparently they don’t have a full liquor license) 3. Cash only 4. Food is subpar, menu sucks 5. Could be a great bar if they changed 1 – 4 I could go on but the owl isn’t worth my time. They don’t care about running a good business and I won’t go there.

BEERONLY, CASHONLY! First impression: a typical Wyoming bar — there are a few game-heads on the wall, and some locals sitting at the bar no matter the time of day — but with a lot of seating. I did not order food, but from what the menu had and what I saw, the food is slapped together. I would only come here for some beers after work or to pre-game a big night.

Only has beer, cash only, glasses weren’t really clean, and the menu was simple bar food. The waitress wasn’t very beer knowledgable and asked us to pay our tab before ordering food we decided to hop to another bar.

Love the Owl! We frequent there often, usually 3 to 6 times a month. The food is on point and the beer is frosty and cold!

Great little place. Hadn’t been there in a very long time and its grown substantially from the smoke filled pool hall of the mid 1970’s. Nice selection of beers and great service. We ordered a cobb salad and some wings. Both were very good. Recommend getting the sauce on the side for the wings. The bartender asked but we chose to get the sauce on the wings. Our mistake, they were pretty much swimming. The mid sauce was plenty hot. Highly recommend. If we lived here, we’d frequent it often. Very reasonable prices.

Best bet for a cool dive bar in Logan. I say dive bar with affection– would definitely go back if I ever go to Logan again. Service was incredible, and my bison burger was fantastic.

Really good burgers. I go for the buffalo burger because I’ve convinced myself it’s somehow healthy. Anything fried is a greasy treat. The service is hit and miss and the beer is cold. Beware that the Logan Police often target patrons of this bar for DUI stops. They are also pyscho about ID’ing customers. It’s not really the bar’s fault but more a symptom of a small town police force being bored.

Best burgers in town. Sometimes it takes a while to get service and the food takes a while to get to you. The wait is worth it. The atmosphere is a bar. Not my preferred place to eat but not too bad either

Can you say trashy? Beer is good. Big dogs are awesome. But if your not a regular they treat you like crap. Bartender is rude. Waitress are rude and impatient. Sorry ladies your paid to take people’s orders and hey you applied for the job. In general place is horrible. Food isn’t even good! I was told they have the best this and thst. Hahaha… no. I rather eat at IHOP then this place. I’ve been there 5 times and never have I tipped any of them bcz like I said trashy service.

This is a review based solely on my dining experience. I went there wanting to eat a hamburger that everyone has been raving out. I don’t drink, so if you do and plan on going there to drink with friends and spend the evening, probably best to ignore my review. Patio was nice. Its like any other patio I’ve been to, but as patios go in Logan its hard to beat the weather outside come 8 or 8:30 in the p.m. Wife got the turkey-avocado, it was fine, nothing to brag about. I ordered the burger. The burger itself was wonderful, but the bun they use is one you would get from the grocery store(I think I pulled it from a sara-lee bag), the toppings are generic, and the chips they give you are the mini-bags of lays potato chips. It took an hour to get everything to me. And they don’t take cards. If you’re looking for a good burger with great fries, skip the Owl and go to Center Street Grill half a block east. Best burgers and fries I’ve EVER had. But it you want to to drink and enjoy a nice evening with your friends, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed at all.

The best(and almost only) tavern to drink beers with friends. We love going when the weather is warm and the deck is open. The food is not great(at least for someone like me, who can’t eat wheat and is vegetarian), so I try to eat before going out! Bring cash, or use the ATM, which posts White Owl Bookstore on your statement. It’s pretty dive-bar-ish, but we like it :)

Man this place was awesome, first of all there’s a few bar areas that you can get a drink and be fed, there’s the main area when you walk in, a back portion of the building, and the side hall where the pool tables are. So I have to say, the local craft brew was pretty tasty, I had a hefeweizen and was already blown away by the price of a pitcher, even better that the glasses were cold and the beer was colder, so good marks there. I also tried out the Philly sandwich they offered, and all I can say is that its good old fashioned greasy, nasty, bar food. The kind you’d want to eat! The only problem is the bun was a little burnt, but that’s fine. There’s also a top section for smokers, and if you’re social about it you can bring your drinks up there, since there’s a counter to have it all held there, go high enough and you can get a nice little view of all the rooftops. The only things I can knock this place for is that the bathroom is a little too cramped, but you know, whatever since its a bar, one that I’m going to come back to if I find myself here again.

We are always looking for good food when we go up to Logan, a couple years back we stumbled upon the White Owl, now we usually end up there. We have had the burger as well as other sandwiches during our recent visits. The latest trip up I got the pastrami and the wife the Reuben. Honestly, not as good as I remembered from previous visits, my sandwich was on the small side, the pastrami dry, served with chips and a bit on the pricey side. Next time I will go for the burger if that isn’t what it should be we will probably be looking for a new haunt in Logan.

BIG mug of Utah beer(I recommend the Cutthroat for some semblance of beery goodness) and a big ol’ burger(I recommend going buffalo). Do it on the roof deck and you build your own burger. You will stay fat and hydrated and happy, unless you’re expecting a gastropub(and why on earth would you be expecting that from the Owl?) Low prices, low expectations, high return on investment. REMEMBER: No credit. Cash or check only.
