Not sure why their call ahead seating even exists. I called on the way there at 5:30 pm(10 minutes away) to make sure we wouldn’t have to wait and was told that they wouldn’t even be on a wait at all for at least 30 – 40 minutes so I didn’t ask to be put on the list because we would be there way sooner than that. Well we get there and they tell us it will be a 30 – 40 minute wait because we didn’t call ahead. And the hosts tell us they’ve been on a wait for 25 minutes, so before we had even called they were on a wait. So irritated.

For a chain restaurant, I don’t feel like it has bad food, but I just feel like we are herded in and out of here like cattle and the music is so loud it is difficult to have a conversation with the people sitting across from you. Last time I came here there was a dead fly on one of the rolls, seriously, just sitting there fried into the top. I wonder how the server missed it and when we complained about it(there is no way I am eating any of the fly rolls) he was like«oh, yeah, that happens sometimes.» Check your rolls people. CHECKTHEM.

Call Reagan the host with the most! I enjoyed lunch with my sis over the weekend here. It was her first time at Texas Roadhouse and we had a great time. We both ordered the 6 ounce sirloin with mashed potatoes, rice pilaf, and salads. The cheese fries weren’t that great covered in sharp cheddar and bacon bits(those, I don’t recommend) but everything else was on point. Reagan was a great server, funny too! Made it feel like awesome Logan hospitality(everyone seems to be so nice, must be the clean air)! Drinks were constantly refilled and the food came out speedy! I do recommend for lunch as the sides and portions are more than enough. Pretty great for a chain, I say!

Literally the best steak in Cache Valley can be found at at Texas Roadhouse! I’ve tried all the steak places in Logan, and keep going back here for my steak! Always cooked perfectly. It’s moist, tender, and heavenly. I wish the music was a little lower, but I’ll put up with it for that steak!

This is a great location. The servers are very friendly and prompt. I can’t say much about the food because it tastes the same as any other TR location I’ve been to, but their 8 oz tenderloin is yummy and a great price. My boyfriend forgot his credit card on our last visit, and the manager was excellent to work with us to pick it up the next day.

I love the rolls and steak. The rest is forgettable. Loud music blasting. Workers will occasionally so some humiliating clapping and dancing that leaves guest feeling awkward and slightly embarrassed. Only the easily amused will think this is great. it’s loud and obnoxious. They are trying to go for some fun«hey y’all» Texas gag. It’s not working. I even had a waitress do her whole thing in what was clearly a fake southern accent. It was was bad. But what do you expect from a chain?

The food was good as always, although it was not busy and the waitress seemed to be rushing us. Not a huge deal but we ordered a good amount and spent quite a bit. I think we should be able to take our time if we want to right?

Great food! The steaks are fantastic and I’ve tried them several times — on my dads birthday and now on mine. The waitress was super friendly(Tiffany) and helped us both with our orders and on a couple issues. Two of the sides weren’t great and she swapped them for us in no time! I would come again and recommend to others.

Best steak in Town or anywhere for that matter. This place has never let me down on a great steak. Any cut I’ve had, it’s always been great.

The food is pretty good. But stop with the phony. I hate the music. I hate how loud it is. I hate when they dance and the embarrassment I have for them. I’m not going back due to atmosphere.

I’ve had good meals, some great meals, but my very reasonably priced dinner last night was just OUTSTANDING! Absolutely perfectly cooked and seasoned. Rocky, manager and Sean, server took care of us, like no other restaurant. They REALLY cared that our meal was just exactly that way we wanted it. I just cannot remember having a more satisfying meal, nor having that kind of customer service.

Texas Roadhouse is my niece’s favorite restaurant and it’s always the place she decides to eat for her birthday. This was my first visit and I was fairly impressed. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. I have to commend the effort they put into creating an enjoyable experience for customers. It’s not really a restaurant for a quick bite, it’s a place where you go to have a genuinely good time– the delicious food is just a bonus. I ordered the chicken critters with a side of loaded mashed potatoes. The chicken was surprisingly good. But the shining star of my dish would have to be the loaded mashed potatoes. They had such incredible flavor. I almost shed a tear when I realized my bowl had been scraped clean and there were no more delicious potatoes to consume. Because it was my niece’s birthday, she got to sit on the saddle with her ice cream sundae while the staff sang Happy Birthday. Which is her favorite part, of course. I would have to say I’m really glad I had the opportunity to dine here. The service is prompt, the food is great, and the overall experience is very entertaining.

When you think of Texas Roadhouse, the first thoughts are usually the rolls and steak. I am sure many people didn’t think it would be the place for a great salad. You can count me as one of those people. I recently went into Texas Roadhouse and wasn’t feeling steak or salmon so I ordered the Chicken Critter Salad with a side of chili. Let’s start with the salad. Hands down the best salad I have ever had. The combination of bacon, chicken, tomatoes, etc will have your taste buds gasping for more. Not only is this salad amazing but the the quantity is ace as well. Now let’s get to that chili. Now it’s not going to win any chili contests anytime soon but mixed in with those rolls just makes for an excellent evening. I go to this Texas Roadhouse one every couple of months and will continue to do so because they never disappoint.

Was here on buisness. I have eaten at a lot of Texas Roadhouse locations in the West. I think that’s because they are consistent, at every location I’ve eaten at. This place is no different. Great staff, good food, reasonable price. Will eat here again on my next trip into Logan.

Sometimes these guys sell cheap beer. That’s a plus. They also sell ribs so overcooked that the meat becomes a kind of jelly with bones sticking out of it. Not much else to say.

We ordered for a starter the blossom fried onion which was absolutely adictive . For entrée my wife ordered a 12 Oz ribeye which was excellently made as a medium steak. I ordered the bone in ribeye steak which was a big jackpot. Service was excellent and very quick.

Too many servers, so either we received duplicate orders or none. Three of our four were messed up. The sirloin and ribeye steaks were great. My chopped sirloin with mushrooms and cheese was yummy. My husband’s chicken fried steak was tough and mostly batter. Their dinner salads, corn, applesauce, hot rolls with honey butter, and mashed potatoes with gravy were all delicious. Same with the strawberry/cranberry juice. Our waiter kept our glasses full and checked back several times, but it was still sloppy service.

The best steak house I have been to short of Flemmings. The steaks are always cooked perfectly IF you order them properly! Their rare is raw in the middle, medium rare is pink in the middle but warm throughout and so on. If they screw up(which happens, no one is perfect) they try to accomedate and go over and beyond to fix their error(s). Some people you just can’t please. I grew up in Los Angeles, CA and was in and out of the«best» and«nicest» restaurants. This Texas Road House easily matches some of those high end restaurant’s. Oh and if you get a known fatty steak don’t complain when there is fat on it.

Updated review! The service was fast, friendly and efficient. Our server was attentive and the manager also checked on us. Our steaks were cooked perfectly. Glad we decided to give Texas Roadhouse another chance.

I’m not sure what the deal is with this place… I live in California and am here on business. This is the 3rd time I’ve been to a Texas Roadhouse all different locations. I went for a New York strip because my last steak(rib eye) was not that good«full of fat». I’m thinking, «I should be good to go with a new York strip, right»… WRONG!!! Nearly a quarter of the steak was fat with gristle in the middle. Are you kidding me! The steak was horrible. Although the seasoning was delicious. I didn’t go to get an expensive steak to have tons of fat and gristle. So disappointing as this is my third time. Three strikes and your out. I’ll never go back to this place for steak. I don’t mind paying a higher price for quality food. In fact many of my friends tell me I should be a food critic and I tend to agree with them! :-)
