Walmart

Went in to pick up an online order today. While we were waiting for the clerk to retrieve it, 7 different employees walked through the customer service room. When they saw us standing there and no one behind the counter, every single one of them asked if we had been helped. Not 1 employee walked past without checking on us. That’s good training.

Great store with great quality products and cheap prices! What’s not to love about Walmart

This store is really disgusting! It is not taken care of at all! The bathrooms are even worse than the store itself. Management needs to step up

Most employees here don’t even acknowledge you, whatever happened to good customer service? They act as if you’re bothering them when you go to checkout, no smiles, greeting, nothing. I’ve worked in customer service for 15 years in the restaurant business and if I treat my customers the way your employees treat theirs, I’d be fired.
Ive been to a few Wal-​Marts but no place can amount to the cold attitudes I’ve experienced here. Please teach your employees the importance of their job, there are many unemployed people out there who would appreciate their jobs way more than these people do.

Nobody was in the pickup online order section, waited 30 minutes. Terrible as usual, you know Walmart.

This review is for the pharmacy. The pharmacist and another worker there were very nice but it took forever to get medicine. They need more workers in there.

I really don’t know what star to give this wal mart. We have gone to Lodi many times and we thought to give this a try. What the f@ck is all I can say. There were people legitimate hanging out in the idles and sections. Like for real not shopping just chillin. Then the only way I could tell an employee from someone hanging out is a faded wal mart vest. The Isle small the store is small. Is Lodi so hard up that this is where the dregs of society go to relax. Want a «good time «go here check it out.

Horrible customer service. I’m in a wheelchair, and some worker asked EVERYONE But me if they’d like to move to a different check out line. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Walmart

This Walmart has been disgusting, dirty, and gross for as long as I can remember. I stopped by today briefly and as soon as I walked in the door you’re hit in the face with the smell of stale cigarettes and piss. It’s absolutely disgusting. The floors are dirty, the walls are dirty, and everything inside of it appears dirty. Probably one of the grossest Walmarts I’ve ever been to. Next time I need to go to Walmart I will stick to the one here in Galt.

This is store is decent for a Walmart, but the employees are probably the rudest of all of the Walmart employees in our area. Today there were two registers open. So I said to a female employee excuse me (3 times) she turned to me and said with a twisted face what?! Garbage ass Walmart employee!

Clean store with quick service. Great for grab n go!
Not a super center but it does have some food items as well ad the traditional items of clothing, electronics and household.
The manager assured customers were informed to opend lines to prevent long waits.

I dislike Walmart. It never feels super. It almost never even feels okay. The only one that felt reasonably good was 45 minutes from their corporate headquarters in Northwest Arkansas.
This location seemed exactly like the Turlock store and also like a store in Saint Augustine, Florida. That unfamiliarity made it confusing.
It took longer than usual, and they didn’t have any self-​checkouts that I could see, so it took way too long to check out. The cashier was friendly and thoughtful.

No complaints, great service, clean, and low prices. Simply said — great place.

This place is disgusting and full of tweekers. I prefer the walmart on trinity but… I was just getting oil. I guess I could have gone to pepboys. The Employees need a course on how to greet customers. This store has completely gone to shit. Am I excited for super walmart or am I afraid this is what’s in store.

NEVER AGAIN will I step foot in that store! Fights at the entrance, people throwing beer bottles in the parking lot and cars getting broken into. This place is ghetto! I’ll spend a few cents more and give my money to Target across the street. They should just move that store to Mexico. It’s not safe!
Also, employees are rude and poorly trained.

This place is awful and scary. I have a hard time understanding how it is directly across from the Target and that Target doesn’t get the flow through scary people I see at WalMart. Disorganized and sketchy looking inside. Won’t be back.

This place is due for an upgrade BUT they do have more than most of the other closer Walmart’s have, besides the food selection. Their employees are nicer than any Walmart I have been to.

The short: You mean they actually have Walmarts that are not 24 hrs?! What a dump on top of that.
The long: When I first moved to town I needed a few items and had to run to the store and well Walmart was close and it was late so it has to be open right? Well luckily I got there with 45 mins to spare until it closed. When I walked in the first thing that struck me was that this is an old school store that reminds me of my childhood. The store in general is just filthy and the isles are so very narrow. As if having relatively small amount of products on the shelves the range of products is a joke. As with all Walmart locations you can rarely find an employee and when you can they are rude as can be. To make matters worse on another visit someone shoved a shopping cart between my brand new truck and another car in a space it wouldn’t fit unless forced so I left with a giant scratch and crease down the entire side of the truck. If only I had seen who did that. Basically I can find no reason to return to this dump. If I can’t wait to get it from Target across the street I will make the 8 mile drive to Stockton to a new and clean store.
What works: Pretty much nothing
What to improve: Cleanliness, variety of product, space, service

Never go here if youre in a rush, they rarely have more than one register open. Its not uncommon for me to spend more time in line than I do shopping to pick up a few things.
The bathrooms also have a permanent urine smell
But what do you expect? Its walmart.
