Starbucks

This is our preferred Starbucks stop to relax with a cup of coffee or a mocha. The outdoor area is quiet and always a slight breeze.
The store itself is always clean, and the staff is courtious..

As much as I hate it I need a place like Starbucks is just unfortunate that this location continues to disappoint. There just seems to be a lack of attention. Just because I sit down doesn’t mean that I’m not still here waiting for my order. This is twice this week. I need another option here in Lodi.

U just can’t go wrong with Starbuck’s. It’s the ultimate high. It’s pricey but wat isn’t these days

Great location. Perfect for those of us staying at the Hampton Inn across the parking lot. Plenty of staff on deck and all in quite a cheerful mood for a Sunday morning.
Restroom was clean and convenient. They had both a Men’s and Women’s restroom which i found odd to see for some reason cause they usually come in unisex at Starbucks. That’s neither here nor there lol…
Back to the service… i had a long night so i decided to get fancy with my caffeine order. 4 shots of espresso, 2 pumps hazelnut, splash of coconut milk… i usually stop there but this time (remember i had a long night) i asked for caramel on the cup… THAT DOESN’T EVEN MAKE SENSE WITH WHAT I ORDERED! lol Barista at the register was very cool about my odd request.
So i finally get my drink and this sucka is looking extra thick. I sit down with my friend and try to stick my straw in my drink and there is so much caramel on the ice that my straw gets stuck… «what did i get myself into? Haha» *puzzled face*… Thankfully i quickly hear the barista that made my drink say «Can i have your drink baaaack?! :) i forgot to put the last 2 shots of espresso!» …phew! We both giggled because the drink looked like a total sugar bomb before adding the last of it.
Great save to even out my crazy sweet tooth that i had that morning and i’ve got the nice baristas to thank :)

Worst service I have ever received at a Starbucks! It was 12:05 pm and the dark roast was the only kind I don’t care for, so I asked if they had another dark that we could do as a pour-​over. The employee taking my order seemed bothered by this request, but she did check and they did have another variety available. She told me it would be like 10 minutes. I got the distinct impression she really didn’t want to do the pour-​over. After waiting 15 minutes, I asked another employee about the status… IT HADN’T EVEN BEEN STARTED! The manager jumped on it and started it, but later asked the original employee to finish it up (she did… but helped two other customers first!). After finally getting my coffee, I get on the road and take my first sip… lukewarm

Needed to stop and get some Oprah Chai and stretch my legs after rushing out of the house and hopping on the freeway early one morning. Buy the time I hit Lodi I was ready for a little tea and a restroom. I stopped in here and it was nicely located right off 99 and had easy parking and a nice sized location inside. I decided to get a sandwich too and stay a bit before I rushed off. The employees were friendly and made small talk and my drink was made perfectly and extra hot as I asked. I like the fact that if I didn’t have to use the amenities I could just swing through drive through if I wanted. Easy on and off freeway this was a nice plus for this location.

Most Starbucks know how to order drinks and they arrive in the order placed. Not the case here. Both my order and gal in front of me had orders that didn’t come up until after others had come up. Order taker was new, but this is a consistently inconsistent Starbucks. Howard Schultz needs to visit.

I travel a lot for work and from Manteca to Sacramento, this is the SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever been to. Unfortunately, I frequent this one and Citrus Heights and Rancho weekly and I wake up early when I have to come to this one. It’s ridiculous. They are also very inconsistent with their iced coffees. Sometimes it has a lot of cream, sometimes a little and it’s noticeable in the color of the drink.

I frequently come here and every time so far it has been great. They always seem to get my order correct and it always taste right. Even with a line in drive through, I still get the right drink. This place gets really busy so sometimes you have to wait a bit for your drink but that’s about they only thing I could say about this Starbucks that might sound bad.

I would usually go through the drive through before work at around 2pm. Sometimes 1 or 2 cars in front of me yet it takes over 15 minutes to get to the window where you sit for another 5 minutes. Staff shows no signs of urgency, I understand it’s not the typical rush of the day but I’m headed to work, I don’t have 20 minutes to wait for a coffee.

Worst Starbucks ever. Slow, seating area needs sweeping and some attention in the cleaning department, and seriously filthy restrooms. The area behind the order counter is always very messy along with dirty and at least today smells of spoiled milk!
They seem to have too many employees, and the most disorganization I’ve ever witnessed while ordering & waiting for my coffee.
I am a fan of the Starbucks brand, and regularly go to several locally, along with new ones, when I’m out of town. So, I’m not happy giving only one star to this particular location in Lodi.
I would like to end my review with at least one positive thing to say in regards to this Starbucks location, at least the baristas are slightly pleasant.

How does it coffee shop first thing in the morning run out of coffee this just makes two of them together

Worst place ever. They do. It care about customers. Employee are yapping and no one is working. Waiting over 10 min for coffee does not make sense.

I come here all the time before work to the drive thru… sometimes they are fast and most of the time they are slow! take forever to give you your drink even if its not busy! Almost ten minutes for a simple drink! They are nice though but they need to pick it up! I am a patient person but when it is happening more than once then I am irritated. I do understand when it’s busy, it happens. Three stars for the wait time.

Great personalities here at Starbucks. It’s not everyday that you get service with a smile anymore.
The coffee was, fortunate for me, very fresh.
The coffee wasn’t too bitter and the aromas that were present were amazing.

Conveniently located off Highway 99. Went to the drive thru– ordered my drink quickly but the wait to pay/​get my drink took fooorrreeeeevvveeerrr! Be prepared.
When I pulled up to the drive thru window I immediately paid and I SAW MY DRINK SITTING ON THE COUNTER. After taking my payment, the cashier walked away for a couple minutes GRABBED MY DRINK FROM THE COUNTER then handed it to me.
Turned into a 15 minute Starbucks visit and there were only 3 cars in front of me. Ugh.

The better one of the Lodi area.
I have been to this one dozens of times. It seems to be more on the consistent side.
On a side note…
Is it just me or do they always get your name wrong. I have at least 15 Starbucks aliases.
Watch out for hair stuck in your lid. Bleh.
I’m bald so I know it wasn’t mine.
No whipped cream actually means extra whip.

Still slowest drive-​thru ever… gave like 3 chances before I wrote this review…
No car in front of me. waited at intercom to order like 2 mins and a voice said «be right with you.» after another 2 mins asked what I wanted…
.then waited at the window like 5 mins. Every visit is the same.
I need to find another drive-​thru Starbucks on way to work :/

I always pass Lodi going with my boyfriend when we are heading to Stockton but I never had the chance to see what’s good here. We were craving a drink so we stumbled across this Starbucks. Spacious place, I’m really feelin the décor because they set it up quite comfortably. It is the perfect place to to lounge around and read a book… If only I read! Haha
Ordered our usual venti green tea frap along with a crossiant and blue berry scone. Service was fast and they made our drink perfectly! Going to various of Starbucks it’s always a hit or miss since sometimes they would put too much green tea, not enough ice, etc. But this was juuuust right! I would come back.
Only downside for me is that I wish they would serve bigger crossiants. ;(since I wanted mooore.

I like coming to this location whenever I’m in town. It’s kind of hidden off the highway but I appreciate that they have a drive-​thru. The staff are always friendly and perky here. They’ve never gotten my order wrong and I’m pretty picky on my order. The last time they accidentally forgot to scan my phone and so I walked away with a free Starbucks… oops!!!
