Jesse is as good as it gets. I have never seen a guy more in tune with the people he is helping. I fight a bad lower back and he always is totally aware of it when designing a workout plan for me. Give this guy a try!!!

I’ve been working out with Jesse for a little over 2 years! There aren’t enough good things to say about him. He is genuinely interested in helping his clients get healthy and fit. Notice how I didn’t say«lift heavy weights». He wants his clients to improve in various areas of fitness such as: balance, cardio, flexibility, stamina, endurance, strength, etc. But he also wants you to improve mentally and use your sessions to manage stress and improve fitness. With his program, I lost three dress sizes in a year. I also had to change my diet(cut soda, no fast food, not as many burritos) and I am the healthiest I’ve been in a long time. I highly recommend you go to him! He also does THEWORKOUTWITHYOU. He does not sit and watch. A true trainer. The only downside is that he has a small place, so it can get crowded, but he’s looking into getting a bigger space within the next year. Thank you Jesse!(:

Jesse is amazing! I’ve been going to O2fit for 2 – 3 times a week for 4 months and have noticed a major change in not only my weight but energy. I like to run half marathons but plateaued after 3 or 4 races so I went to see if improving my overall fitness would make a difference. I told Jesse this and he would mold my exercise routine around it. I just did a half marathon a couple weeks ago and knocked 4 minutes off my personal best(from 2:05 to 2:01)! I couldn’t believe it because I wasn’t even going for a PR(I was only running a 2 – 3 times a week). Jesse also has an amazing energy to him which makes going to him before work at 5am something to look forward to.
