Our vacant house had water that was brown/green and the vacuum/sweeper was not working consistently(but pump was new). We paid them $ 150 to take care of both problems. They said they did the job and we sent them a check without first checking the result. I checked on it and the pool was blue but so cloudy you could not see the bottom. THe sweeper didn’t work either. We called and they said they would go back out on a Wed. I checked it on Fri and it wasn’t working. I looked closer at the pool and the steps(only part where bottom was visible) was covered in some kind of sludge. We called and left a message offering to pay them a 2nd time to fix the sweeper(even though we had already paid). They never called. They got their money and no longer cared. They were paid to do 2 things and did neither. Since writing the above I have learned that the gunk on the bottom is DE(Diatomaceous Earth) which is incompatible with my filter. It will cost $ 250 to have it vacuumed out. Do you think Lodi Pool Cleaning would take responsibility and do that? Since they won’t return our calls that is a rhetorical question.
