Dunkin’ Donuts

The worst dunkin’ donuts. Very poor management. Machines never work. The late night staff is not polite about either. This last time I found a fingernail in my egg and sausage croissant. I’m never going to this place again and I live only down the street from there.

Same quality of other D n D but very rude ppl working there. Me and my husband will not be back.

My favorite Dunkin donuts of All Time! They always make my coffee right! And they are always very kind no matter whose working!

The stupid little Indian who is on charge right now in this moment, its the biggest idiot in the world. Bitch

Always satisfactory. No complains except they didn’t have the steak wake up wrap. But it’s ok.

They used to have really great service. New employees made me avoid coming here. They messed up a drink order twice (I’m lactose can’t have milk and ordered black iced coffee– kept putting milk!) and gave me an attitude about it. Need to pay attention to the customers and be friendlier.

Average service average coffee and it’s not a place to come to if you plan on sitting. The old men take over all the seats would be fine but they don’t seem to be buying anything!!!

These other reviews are pretty accurate… it’s not the best Dunkin Donuts around. Most times I get annoyed when I go in there so I try to avoid it at all costs. Once in a blue moon I’ll stop there just because I’m craving a dunkaccino. They are definitely slow there and can also be a little snippy too… Honestly I just want coffee give it to me and I’ll leave you alone! Also not a fan of the late night hang out for the neighborhood kids…
PS there was once a woman soliciting herself outside in the parking lot… NOT COOL

They have a hard time understanding English. I ordered a medium coffee with cream and they gave me a small tea with cream. Annoying bc then they insisted I said tea.

Overall, this store does make good on mistakes when they f up. Everyone has their off days at 6am lol

The incompetency of this store is outrageous. Order of three sandwiches was made completely wrong.
Got home and had to drive back to store to have everything remade.
The guy who messed order up even though he was clearly instructed 3 x by the cashier as well as myself thought the situation was funny as he took his break and chuckled on his way out the door. Prize wining customer service!
So anyway everything should be good now right?
That would be asking for to much. I get back home and find that one of the sandwiches is wrong again, this time with the wrong meat.
These clowns need to get their heads straight BC their is obviously something wrong here. Worst service and employees that can properly make a sandwich which you clearly ordered should not be working here.
Beyond the sandwiches not being right, and them burning my sausage to a cinder on one sandwich and the other being cold in the middle I really don’t know what to make of it.
Rediculous

The morning service is pretty good. It seems that other Dunkin Donuts tend to remember my simple order of small iced coffee with skim milk, but they don’t here and always try to give me cream. Gross.
The angry man at night is very slow. Sometimes I stop here after my late shift and I have literally stood at the counter for 5 or 6 minutes before he’d turn his head to acknowledge I existed. I’d be angry if I was working overnight I guess.
It’s Dunkin Donuts, I’m in and out. As long as I get my coffee, I won’t lose any sleep over the service or whatever mundane detail some people care about.

Pleasantly clean. Owners are indeed of South Asian extraction but friendly enough. Hot chocolate is good. Nothing like described in previous review. Unlike other Dunkin Donuts’ outlets, there was no sense that we needed to get going because they were fixin’ to close.

I believe this is the DnD that got moved to the building next door.
I used this as a pit stop once and yuck.
I grew up in Northern NJ so I’m familiar with White Trash, but this has to be the biggest White trash hangout in all of Bergen County.
20 something year olds, with the typical Joisey accent with suped up Honda’s sit outside there all night and yell profanities that don’t even make sense.
The donuts were awful and the Indian owners were quite rude.
